2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 9

Sunny, comfortable, attractively decorated, clean AND convenient. Tough to beat!! Recent renovation to the exterior of the complex and a complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms with high-end finishes and appliances complete the package.

Our spacious condo provides two bedrooms plus a loft accessed via a spiral staircase within the master bedroom. Sleeping accommodations include:

- queen bed in each bedroom

- double bed in the loft

- double-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room

- one single-size roll-away cot

- one portable crib

to provide comfortable sleeping for up to 9 people.

Two decks for year-round enjoyment. During the ski and summer seasons, there are 4 hot tubs (2 indoor and 2 outdoor) and a full sized heated pool to look forward to after a day of enjoying all the area has to offer.

All this and the best location in Breck! It is an easy walk to the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift, Main Street with an abundance of restaurants and boutique shops. Hiking and biking trails start right outside your door.

Parking, on-site laundry facilities, Hi-speed internet, and ski locker storage is all provided at no additional charge.

Our place is not an 'institutional' feeling rental condo. We have made it warm and welcoming without being busy or cluttered. It is our second home and we maintain it for our own enjoyment as well as yours.

Why Amy Rice chose Breckenridge Area

We chose this condo because of its proximity to both ski lifts and downtown. We prefer the area south of downtown because it's quieter and has the advantage of hiking and biking trails right out the door, and Timbernest specifically because of its location right across from the pool and hot tubs, and the nice outdoor space the two decks afford.

Great renovated condo

This condo at Timbernest is nicely renovated, unlike others I have stayed at. Amy was very helpful when we had to locate an extra parking pass and when we had a problem turning on the fireplace. The proximity to the lifts, town and pool/hot tub complex can't be beat!

Great Condo!

Condo had everything six grown men need for an amazing ski trip. Was conveniently located and very easy to get to the Quicksilver lift on foot. When we come back to Breck, hopefully this place is available.

Perfect condo for memorable family trip

Anne's Timbernest condo was the perfect place for our family to spend the winter holidays. There was a surprising amount of living space for the 7 of us (all adults). We enjoyed family dinners and games at the large table every night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, including a Crock Pot. Anne made sure to include all of the paper towels, toilet paper and tissues that we would need so we never had to run out to get any of the basic items. The TV in the living room was large and we enjoyed cuddling up on the sectional to watch movies together. Our 18-year old son slept on the couch and couldn't decide whether he should sleep on the pull-out mattress or just sleep directly on the cushions because both were so comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and blankets to keep us extra warm in the bedrooms. The fireplace was so cozy. The bathrooms are beautiful and provided plenty of vanity space for all of us. Anne's binder had great information on everything that you needed to know about the condo and the town. Having the access to a free washer and dryer, just below the unit on the 1st floor, was excellent. She also gave us information on advanced booking of lift tickets which saved us hundreds of dollars. The location is great. It was a short walk to the lifts and the village of Breckenridge. We kept everything in the condo's ski locker and were ready to go every morning. Breckenridge is an adorable town and was magically lit up in the evenings. We enjoyed shopping and dining in the village. For avid skiers/snowboarders, the consensus of our group was to find your way to Peak 6. The views and shorter lift lines are well worth it! The 1-day ski school was great and our amateurs were going down the slopes by mid-day. The Nordic Center is a short walk/bus ride for anyone who wants to snowshoe hike. Three of our group went on a 3.5 mile hike from the Center and experienced some of the most beautiful views in Colorado. This was a trip of a lifetime for our family and the memories made will never be forgotten. Thank you Anne for sharing your wonderful condo with us for this experience. Great Condo - Can't wait to go back

Our stay was the week before Christmas 2016. The condo was exactly as described and everything we expected. Although only three of us were staying there (myself and my two teenage kids) it could easily accommodate more comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. Wi-fi worked very well but is on an open network so if security is a concern I'd recommend using a VPN. The location was perfect! 5 minute walk (in ski boots) to Peak 9 and Downtown Breckenridge was just a short walk as well. Amy was very responsive to any questions I had and check-in/out was smooth. Can't wait to stay here again!
