Sunny, comfortable, attractively decorated, clean AND convenient. Tough to beat!! Recent renovation to the exterior of the complex and a complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms with high-end finishes and appliances complete the package.
Our spacious condo provides two bedrooms plus a loft accessed via a spiral staircase within the master bedroom. Sleeping accommodations include:
- queen bed in each bedroom
- double bed in the loft
- double-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room
- one single-size roll-away cot
- one portable crib
to provide comfortable sleeping for up to 9 people.
Two decks for year-round enjoyment. During the ski and summer seasons, there are 4 hot tubs (2 indoor and 2 outdoor) and a full sized heated pool to look forward to after a day of enjoying all the area has to offer.
All this and the best location in Breck! It is an easy walk to the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift, Main Street with an abundance of restaurants and boutique shops. Hiking and biking trails start right outside your door.
Parking, on-site laundry facilities, Hi-speed internet, and ski locker storage is all provided at no additional charge.
Our place is not an 'institutional' feeling rental condo. We have made it warm and welcoming without being busy or cluttered. It is our second home and we maintain it for our own enjoyment as well as yours.
We are a family who enjoys the outdoors and all that Breckenridge and the surrounding area has to offer, in both summer and winter.

We chose this condo because of its proximity to both ski lifts and downtown. We prefer the area south of downtown because it's quieter and has the advantage of hiking and biking trails right out the door, and Timbernest specifically because of its location right across from the pool and hot tubs, and the nice outdoor space the two decks afford.
Our stay was the week before Christmas 2016. The condo was exactly as described and everything we expected. Although only three of us were staying there (myself and my two teenage kids) it could easily accommodate more comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. Wi-fi worked very well but is on an open network so if security is a concern I'd recommend using a VPN. The location was perfect! 5 minute walk (in ski boots) to Peak 9 and Downtown Breckenridge was just a short walk as well. Amy was very responsive to any questions I had and check-in/out was smooth. Can't wait to stay here again!
5 min walk with gear to peak 9 base lift. Very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath. Well decorated, and clean condo. This place was easy walking distance to main st. We walked everywhere. Exactly what we were looking for in a ski week at Breck! No complaints from us.

Exactly as expected and described. Cozy, well supplied. Easy 5 minute walk to Peak 9 skiing even with a four year old. Would stay here again.

We loved staying at this condo. It was better than home! It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 5. The owners were very quick in their response to renting the condo and setting it up. And accessing the condo was very easy, no stopping to pick up keys somewhere. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much!
