About Amanda Mullins

I run an Austin based technology services company. I've been in town for 17 years and continue to love this city. This loft was my personal residence in 2007/2008. The built-ins and layout were designed by a local designer. In September 2013 we refinished and refurnished the loft to make it a short term rental, corporate apartment for our business and a place for family to stay when they are in town.

There are no other properties quite like this one in Austin. It's a true industrial loft, a steel and glass built modern structure, only four floors tall, but with some of the best cityscape views in the city. This unit is the penthouse with city views. It is an over-sized loft apartment with open space allowing for multiple living room / work areas.

What makes this condo unique

The location is outstanding. This is the most interesting section of 6th St. right now. So many new restaurants and bars have started along the blocks east of here in the last few years. From here you can get to most of the places you'll want to be in Austin easily.

This was a great place to stay for our first time in Austin; the location is perfect as it is literally on 6th street within walking distance to tons of restaurants/bars. The property was very clean and exactly as pictured so there were no surprises walking into it. The owner was very responsive and accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this as a top place to stay to anyone and would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Austin.

Great property with all of the amenities we needed

Great property with all of the amenities we needed.

My husband and I stayed in the condo with our niece who is looking at going to graduate school at university of Texas. The layout was perfect for us to have our privacy but still be able to spend time together. We enjoyed many of the restaurants and places that were recommended by our hosts.

The condo far surpassed our expectations. Having a corner unit with floor-to-ceiling windows made for a very dramatic view.

It is also a very quiet unit.

It was a plus to have a parking space.

amazing space, perfect location

Stayed here with a colleague for SXSW and could not have been happier with the location and the space. Extremely comfortable, easy access to downtown Austin. I would highly recommend staying here, in fact I will be re-booking asap.

Upon arrival the unit was clean and well decorated. The location was awesome!! Lots of things to do close by!!! The property manager Amanda was prompt with her responses and the info she sent was very informative and spot on! Overall a great stay!!!👍👍

Great Location with a beautiful view. Great for a 1st time visit to Austin!

I was blown away of how beautiful this place was. Upon arrival, the property management company provided me with everything I needed before arrival.

My friends and I could not believe the pure size and amenities in this upscale loft. The kitchen provided a great environment to cook and the entertainment (TV, in-wall speakers) was a great way to enjoy unpacking.

Once you enter the place, the first thing you notice is the unbelievable view of the city landscape. The bedrooms are very spacious and the furniture is quite comfortable.

This place was so nice, we almost didn't want to go out. Overall, I would highly recommend this loft to anyone visiting Austin. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, along with a secure complex. We all enjoyed our wonderful stay in Austin. Thank you
