GREAT honeymoon getaway!

  • 5 of 5

I was on the hunt for the perfect honeymoon location. My husband hasn't taken an actual vacation in over 2 years, and I was determined to find something in particular. I was looking for the home away from home. One with great local views, water sports, antiques and hopefully quad accessible. We stayed for 1 week in one of Nancy & Keith's cozy cabins, and it was even better than we had expected. The cabin was equipped with everything you could possibly need for the vaca and a great fire pit for late nights!

Everyone in the area is extremely friendly and welcoming, the views were beautiful, we spent hours on the lake kayaking around the corner from our camp, met many locals, and Keith even gave us some great tips for finding local moose. We saw three!

We'll be back. We're planning on the Spring, because we just can't wait to go back! Take a look at some of the great photos of our close to camp travels, and others experiences at the camp on Instagram! #sleepingbearcampground
