Navarre Beach Townhome Rental Photos and Description

Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Its time to reserve your spot for Summer. The best dates go early, so call us.

We hope that you will come and experience our beautiful home. We love it, and we know you will too!

The Breezeway is a spacious townhome, over 1800 square feet, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms for all the privacy you need. 2 bathrooms have just been upgraded to walk-in showers for more comfort. We are BEACHFRONT and located on the private West End of Navarre Beach away from the crowds and the high-rise Condos. If you like pristine white sand, emerald water and privacy, then this is the place for you. There is no need to 'get and early start' to secure a place on the beach here. There is plenty of room and the beach is never crowded.

The Breezeway is in a building that was built in 1982. One of the few that have withstood the 4 Category 3 Hurricanes to come through since 1994 (Opal, Erin, Ivan and Dennis). The house has been basically rebuilt after every storm. But the basic structure is still intact. You can tell how strong it is by the solid feel as you walk through the house. This old girl has been knocked around, but I consider her the 'Belle of the Beach'.

We have 4 TVs, including a 50' FLAT SCREEN TV in the living room. We provide high quality linens, tableware, glasses and cookware so that every experience is enjoyable. We use this home ourselves and want to have the comforts of home. We want the same for you.

We now have HIGH SPEED Internet service, including WiFi.

The deck has deck chairs and a large umbrella for a great time just lounging close to the house.

The Breezeway has 3 bedrooms: One (huge) King which is directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, and has a private balcony, another King which has a view of Santa Rosa sound, and one bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The bunkroom has a view of Santa Rosa sound. All three bedrooms have full bathrooms.

You are directly on the gulf of Mexico at The Breezeway, but you also have a great view of Santa Rosa Sound from the backside of our property. Since Navarre Beach is only about a third of a mile wide and separated from the mainland by a mile of intercoastal waterway, you are away from it all when you are here. Yet you can cross the bridge to the mainland and be at great grocery shopping in about seven minutes. Let The Breezeway be your Beach Home!

Keywords: Townhome, located in a building of 4 townhomes. We are an END unit, with gorgeous views.

About Ed Jackson

This is me (Ed Jackson) with my wife Fonda and our 3 boys Thomas, James and Joe -left to right. We love Navarre Beach. It is relaxing and secluded. Our white sand and Emerald Green water can't be duplicated. This is truly a little paradise, without having to leave the country. We live in Peachtree City, GA, but would rather be 'at the beach!' Come and see for yourself.

Ed Jackson purchased this townhome in 2003

Why Ed Jackson chose Florida Panhandle

Prettiest sand. Most private beach that we could find.

What makes this townhome unique

Isolation, seclusion, and escape from the hustle and bustle.

LOVE the Breezeway!

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely loved our week at the Breezeway. So close to the beach and so far away from the jam-packed highrises and traffic. But still close enough to shopping, entertainment and restaurants without being right in the middle of everything. And the unit was beautiful, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed (the owner was even nice enough to let us use beach chairs, etc. so we didn't have to pack them). We love to cook and found the kitchen to be very well appointed with everything we could want or need. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linens. And the leather sectional sofa in the living room (with floor to ceiling windows for a panoramic view) was .... well, once you got in it, you didn't want to get out!! Comfy, relaxing, pet friendly (as were most of the condos in this area) and on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach you will find. Booking was easy and we will most definitely be back to Breezeway!!

Excellent Rental Unit

  • 5 of 5

We have rented units for 50 years between gulf shores and panama city and the Breezeway is one if the nicest we have stayed in. It is convenient to shopping, a great beach and a very up to date and clean unit. The owner, Ed, was a pleasure to work with and did everything necessary to make it a pleasant vacation. Beds were great, everything worked, and the deck is awesome. I would highly recommend it.

Great Vacation and wonderful owner !

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here in Oct of 2014 and loved it ! The place was great. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to and watching the ocean. Ed the owner was absolutely wonderful ! We were originally booked in for Sept but my wifes' mother passed away on the eve of our heading out. We contacted Ed and he was great about letting us shift our times to Oct. The weather was fantastic and the area was very nice. Thanks to Ed, we had a great vacation. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this rental.

Great Family Vacation!

  • 5 of 5

We got a great last minute special on this rental for Spring Break. Our family of 5 enjoyed the time here very much. The rental is not perfect - its older but in pretty good shape for a beach rental. As for it being clean, I'd say it was decent - only minor things I noticed were a few spider webs, dead bugs inside the picture frame downstairs, tile floor was dirty and covered in sand (but its the beach so expected to some extent). It could use a good "spring cleaning" day but overall it wasn't too bad and nothing that I couldn't deal with quickly upon arrival. The beds are very comfortable and the view is awesome. You can't see the water line of the beach from the unit (except a little form upstairs balcony) because of the dune restoration but you can still see the water, the dolphins (we saw them every day!), hear the waves crashing, etc. Its very peaceful and quiet in this area. We had neighbors next door but never heard them (unless we were outside on the deck and they were outside on the adjoining deck). The unit has plenty of kitchen gadgets and things to make meals in the unit. We didn't use the grill. If you are bringing a baby, you may want to bring baby gates - lots of stairs and steps/drop offs so you'll need to watch the little ones carefully. We only had a couple of minor problems while here - the shower door fell off and the lounge chair broke (and another chair on the deck was already broken upon our arrival) but Ed was great about offering to repair everything quickly. He is very attentive to the needs of his guests. Overall, we had a great time, would definitely come back and appreciated the comforts about being able to make meals here, wash our laundry and sleep in comfortable beds. We ventured over to Pensacola to the Naval Air Museum, ate at Cock of the Walk in Pensacola (awesome!) and visited the Outlet Mall in Destin and ate at Joe's Crab Shack (another favorite of ours - it was great). We tried the Shrimp Basket (it waas okay but not that great). We tried the Happy Donut Cafe on Hwy 98 in Navarre one morning for breakfast (it was good). We found lots of interesting shells, saw lots of dolphins and birds, jellyfish, fish and even saw a sand shark. Our children had fun and don't want to leave! They are already asking when we can come back again. Thanks, Ed, for a great vacation with our family before the upcoming deployment. The memories we made will be cherished by our family and we can't thank you enough. Thanks!

Thanks for a Great Vacation

  • 5 of 5

This is a Very Nice townhouse directly on the beach. Listening to the waves directly outside the bedroom sliding doors was fantastic. We totally enjoyed the beach and the deck overlooking the ocean.

Ed was very accommodating and called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you Ed!

A Good Place To Stay on the Beach

  • 4 of 5

We have been visiting the gulf and Navarre for more than ten years. Study the photos--you'll see what you are renting. This rental is just as the pictures depict--very straight forward, not overly cluttered with excessive decorative furnishings. It's not plush, but there is plenty of good quality, comfortable seating and the beds were comfortable and good. We really enjoyed the deck and the open first floor layout. It worked well with our dogs as they could come in and out with us very easily. They had room to spread out, as did we. The wall of windows allows you to sit inside to enjoy the gulf view once the hot afternoon sun hits. It is true you do not see the edge of the water, but you still do see and hear the gulf. Ever since the year (2005?) when four or five hurricanes repeatedly hit Navarre and the gulf, many properties no longer do see the waters' edge unless you are on the third or fourth floor or a roof top deck. The dunes built to protect property when the beaches were restored all along the gulf from Cape San Blas, Panama City Beach, Okaloosa Island, Destin, Navarre, Pensacola do make the views and the beaches very different than they were prior to the devastation of Rita, Ivan & Katrina. Navarre is no longer a wide, flat beach. Drive to the national seashore to the west to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the week. I found every kitchen gadget I needed. There were ample kitchen towels and potholders the week we visited. The baths were well supplied with towels. We arrived early and the cleaning crew allowed us to bring in our seafood, start carrying in our bags, and sit out on the deck while they finished up. Other places I have been, we were told that should we arrive early we would not be able to sit outside unless we paid an additional fee. The home was clean and did not have sand upstairs although the entry way and stair well to the first floor did have some sand--Nothing you would not expect from having a beach front house. The owner was very cooperative about answering all my questions. We did have one issue with the electrical, but it did not interfere in anyway with our stay. We could not get the socket in the master bedroom to work so we had no clock--we did not need it. I would have preferred to have a few chaise lounges to lie on, but the deck furniture met our basic needs. We would stay here again. I have recommended it to family and friends. There was no phone so bring a cell.
