This spacious Townhouse is located to the back of the famous Santo Domingo Church. It has beautiful sunset, ocean views and facing the old colonial walls of the old city. The Building is in one of the primary locations within the Historic District of Cartagena. This is one of the best and most secure areas of the city inside the old city walls, one block from the oldest church in the Colonial City which is Iglesia Santo Domingo. Most of historic attractions are walking distance such as plazas, churches, museums and also restaurants, bars ,shopping, supermarkets and many things more.
It has a private 700 square footage private terrace on the top floor with panoramic ocean views. It has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the remaining 3rd one, has 2 double beds. Each bedroom has air conditioner. Also there are 2 full and one half bathrooms. The Townhouse is totally equipped , including washer machine.
The condominium complex has a 24 / 7 security and only authorized persons are able to enter it.

Great town house but the supplies were lacking. For 6 people there were only 6 bath towels and 3 hand towels in the whole condo. No towels for the sink. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 5 days. Ran out by Saturday. That was totally unacceptable. The bottled water dispenser was almost out of water when we arrived. I assumed it would be replaced. Not so. You must arrange to have more delivered and pay for it..We were not advised that was the case. This really is a nice property in the walled city but not managed properly. I would stay again but be advised to stay on top of the amenities that are promised in the write up.
Spectacular location within the Old City! The townhouse is a few steps away of the Santo Domingo Church, just across the street from the Café del Mar and the wall, and close to all the restaurants, boutiques and historic landmarks Cartagena offers. Although not fully renovated, the house is very clean, well kept and tastefully decorated; the kitchen is totally furnished and the beds are really confortable. Sandra was very helpful with answering all our questions and her housekeeper, Rosa, was very cooperative too. In addition, the area is nice and safe and the condominium security is excellent. 10/10, would recommend!
We were a goup of 6 spending four nights in this lovely apartment. We found the apartment to be spacious, clean and comfortable. It is a bit older than the photos suggested to me, but I found it to be charming and perfect for a group where everyone can have their privacy as well as lovely communal spaces. Each guest receives one towel and there is a hair dryer available. The location could not be better and the security is very good. You can walk anywhere from the apartment, but if you choose, taxis are readily available right outside the gate. The only confusion we had was getting water for the water cooler, and perhaps this was due to a language barrier. The bedrooms are all nicely air conditioned. The rest of the apartment has both ceiling and free standing fans. Sandra, the owner, was wonderful to deal with and she even contacted us during our stay to make sure all was well. There is a housekeeper available who is very sweet. Some knowledge of Spanish is helpful in speaking with her as well as security. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would love to have a safe, pleasant stay in this colorful city.

Great location within the city walls with spectacular view of the sea and within walking distance of all locations within the Old City. No need to go to Cafe del Mar, as this apartment has a better view! All in all, the apartment is as described and is tastefully furnished with all necessary appliances and beds. Be aware there is a winding 3 level staircase. Arrival went seamlessly with guard knowing our names and giving key, along with introduction to housekeeper. Payment via wire was somewhat of a hassle due to cross-border banking hiccups, but was no fault of the owner. Great location and spot!
My husband and I spend a wonderful week at this very comfortable home in January and would have happily stayed longer. The location and view were wonderful- we unexpectedly enjoyed the view from the balcony of the park just in front of the city wall even more than the Caribbean view from the roof terrace because of the people-watching. Fascinating! Margelis, the housekeeper, checked in on us regularly and despite the fact that we do not speak Spanish, managed to make sure all was going well. We hired her to cook us dinner in the apartment one night, and while we had an overwhelming variety of excellent meals in the old city, that was one of the most memorable. The AC, beds and linens were ideal and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. We enjoyed the city and apartment very much and will be back for sure.
