Our lovely desert retreat is a cool, clean, modern retreat featuring a huge backyard with stunning mountain views, a newly converted salt water pool and spa, and privacy so complete that bathing suits are not required. The interior is newly renovated with brand new furniture, appliances, bed linens, towels, dishes, cutlery, and, well, everything else. Be the first to sip martinis by the pool and cook burgers on the brand new gas grill.

The Master Bedroom suite opens onto the pool and offers a king sized bed plus a brand new 50' LCD HDTV with full cable access. The two Queen bedrooms offer garden and mountain views and are comfortably appointed and tastefully decorated with ample closet and dresser space. No matter which room you're in, you can be assured of a peaceful night's sleep. The Den offers a 46' LCD cable HDTV and a leather sleep sofa for two.

Portable Bluetooth speakers as well as the Soundbar by the den TV allow you to pair any Bluetooth device (iPad, iPhone, Android) to listen to music anywhere in the home.

Keyless entry allows for easy home access - arrive when it's convenient for you.

Take in the unobstructed views of Mt. San Jacinto from either the beautiful meditative cactus garden pad with an assortment of rare cacti and succulents or the lawn area pad with its giant overhead shade umbrella, a perfect retreat for quiet reading on a warm afternoon. First let me start by saying we were a "last minute" inquiry, and Jeff and Kris responded quickly, and made very quick adjustments to accommodate us. We were "first timers" going through this process, and they were so patient taking us through. Although they didn't have a lot of pictures on the site, Jeff sent me some additional pictures to make sure it was an appropriate match for us. The location of the house is close enough to Downtown Palm Springs for convenience, and far enough away to feel as though we were in our own paradise. The home is impeccably designed, but enough to feel comfortable, not as though we are in a museum. All of the appliances are new, clean, and fully functioning. We felt as though we were in our own home. We have 2 kids, and although the pool is not child proof, the doors leading to the pool are safety secured, restricting their access. We were able to truly enjoy the pool and jacuzzi day or night, and it was the perfect temperature. Their is a very large lawn which allowed for the kids to play and not burn their feet on the concrete which was a real bonus! Jeff & Kris did the periodic check in to make sure we were ok, and everything was sufficient and running smoothly. I know that I am gushing, but this place really was the perfect match for us, and given that we were "first time renters" they made the process so simple, and so inexpensive given my high expectations. All in all it was an incredible stay, and we can't wait to return. THANKS JEFF & KRIS.

As advertised!

My parents and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. We were 10-15 minutes to everything we wanted to see and do--great restaurants, the airport, the Palm Springs tramway, Agua Caliente Casino, etc. The property is spotless and perfectly laid out. It was awesome to go out and explore the area and then return for hours of pool and jacuzzi time. Blu-ray players in living and bedroom too. Will absolutely return.

The Best of Palm Springs!

From start to finish our stay here was PERFECT. The house is beautifully maintained and is a mid-century lovers dream. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Everything was so clean and organized, this house has a great layout and the pool/spa area was wonderful. It's very close to grocery stores and only a few minutes to drive downtown. The location was great because it was very quiet and peaceful but not too far away from everything to see.

Our group really appreciated all the small details that really made the trip. From nice shampoos and soaps, to laundry soap and other essential supplies - everything was stocked and made our stay that much better. The rooms were all very stylish and the beds were so comfortable. We all said it was better than most hotels! They even had some Palm Springs books including one for vintage cocktail recipes.

The owners and their assistant were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze, they were always quick to answer any questions we had.

We can't recommend this listing enough! We're looking forward to coming back soon and we will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful stay

We settled in and had such a relaxing weekend. Jeff and Kris were especially responsive after we found the pool umbrellas were broken. They had two new ones delivered that morning for us to enjoy the pool all day. Very clean and neat and the fully stocked kitchen was so nice for when we decided to cook vs. going out. It's a great house we will be back!

Great Stay in the desert

We arrived and promptly jumped into our suits and into the hot tub. The beds were comfy , the house clean and the place had all the pots, pans,, glassware, serving dishes one could ask for. Great big TV in the master bedroom and another in the family room, plus a nice living room we actually sat in one evening after dinner and just chatted. As far as location it was 5 min drive from an amazing grocery store. Our only complaint was that every door hinge in the house seemed to cry out for some WD40. Simple fix ( We could have gotten it done in fact) but totally minor in terms of the house. We will be back!

Fantastic rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in a quiet area (some airplane noise, but not an issue for us) and feels really private. The back yard is HUGE and the pool and spa were a great size for our party of three. Everything was fresh and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
