This is a beautiful and spacious 1200 sq. feet condo, (a regular condo size is about 800 sq.feet). It was designed by a talented local architect who lives on site and manages the property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the town's best beach, and it's just a 12 minute leisurely walk to the town square, via beach or road.
Located on the 1st floor, it is tastefully and elegantly furnished, more like a home and not a rental property. There are two large bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with two twins, both have an en-suite bathroom with marble tile, with a shower and plenty of storage cabinets. There are marble floors throughout and Corian countertops in the kitchen and baths. There are lovely gardens that surround a shamrock shaped pool with cabana and BBQ. There is offstreet gated parking. The unit is very bright and quiet with lovely breezes throughout the day and night.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, self lighting stove, toaster, blender, pots and pans, real glasses, dishes and silverware, and large refrigerator. There is a seperate pantry with washer/dryer and storage. All rooms have air conditioning.
There are just six condos in this quiet, well designed, well located complex. It is not only ideally situated within the town, it's also within walking distance to an exclusive small resort, 'Ceiba del Mar', (not a large All-Inclusive) that has a beautiful Spa and excellent cuisine. Just in case you desire a change of pace, this unit is located between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, both of which, are just 20 miles away.

And I'm a part of a family owned Japanese restaurant...my mother purchased the condo years ago and I am the luckiest girl that she allowed me to take over. I have been working very hard to upgrade the condo and I am completely in love with PM. Please enjoy my home away from home as do I as many times as I can a year. If you prefer privacy, you will love this condo. There are only 6 units so there are not as many people as the other bigger condo developments..
I enjoy sitting under the palapa,reading a book, then taking a dip in the pool... Being on the first floor is a benefit...
Thank you Tina. We really enjoyed staying at your Condo. We loved the close proximity to the beach as well as to all the wonderful little restaurants in Puerto Morales. Ramon was excellent and was always available to answer our many questions concerning the area.

My husband and I and our 2 Chihuahuas just spent 5 days at this rental. Ramon and Tina were very nice and accommodating. It's a really good location, we always enjoy Puerto Morelos. It's about a 20 min walk on the beach or a 15min walk down the street to the town square. The pool was great to have and the condo is large. We were a little disappointed as the rental is in need of repairs and upgrades and is starting to look a little tired, showing many signs of wear and tear. It’s not a bad rental it just wasn’t to the standard of cleanliness and comfort that we are used to when we come to Mexico.
We also had an infestation of ants from the moment we arrived, we were told it was normal everywhere and given a can of Raid. We probably would not stay there again, mainly because we like to try different places.
Just got back from a long weekend stay - The condo was very clean and in a great location. Steps from the beach and a nice, short walk into the town. The manager's wife came and introduced herself and was very friendly and helpful. The town itself is a gem - wonderful restaurants and the friendliest people. Wish I was still there!
We had a great time. The neighbors greeted us the minute we got there...very welcoming. The manager came by the first day to introduce himself and let us know how to get in touch if we needed assistance. The condo is spacious and airy. We especially loved that the beach is what we considered a 'driveway's length' away...120 steps. Tiki bar and nearby restaurants on the beach made a day at the beach very relaxing.
The townspeople were friendly and very willing to indulge us in our attempts to use our Spanish (they were to use there english with us too). Lovely picturesque setting. Thanks so much.
What a treat...this property is fresh and clean, with so many amenities nearby. In fact, everything is nearby. It may be at the end of the road in the town, but so close to everything....minutes walk to all you need.
The condo itself is clean and bright. The bedrooms are quite large, with enough space for luggage, closets to put your clothes and the ensuite in both bedrooms. There is a third bathroom near front door. The living room area is very large. The kitchen is well stocked and large.
You open the sliding door to the patio and are steps away from a palapa with a patio table and chairs and then the pool is right there....clean and refreshing.
The best part is that you are 123 steps from the beach....we counted! 2 minutes, or less, your feet are in the sand. Quiet amazing beach! Soft sand, clean and beach bar a 3 minute walk!
It doesn't get better!

Damage deposit will be returned 30 days from departure after management has confirmed inventory and damages. The a/c fee is a weekly fee. There is ceiling fans and a great breeze when opening the doors. There is no need for a/c but if you need it, this fee can be paid at anytime to Ramon and he will turn it on as needed.
