HDTV's in Living room and all BR's.

My husband travels for work 100 percent and we were looking for a comfortable property that was reasonably priced and very convenient to the beach. We were not disappointed. The owner, Steve, was beyond fantastic to work with and the town home was a mere minute walk to the beach. We have three small kids, so convenience was key. We loved not dealing with a high rise and appreciated that the property was ultra clean and extremely quiet. Then owners left a lovely basket with bottled water, wine, and a gift certificate to a wonderful restaurant in Baytowne. The upstairs spare bedroom does not have windows, which may be an issue for some, but was perfect for our baby who took unbelievably long naps b/c of the dark! I loved being able to spend lots of time on the screened porch overlooking the lake and grilling out fresh seafood feasts every evening. My family enjoyed some
great lunches at the Whale's Tail, just a stone throw a way. The beds are very comfortable and the unit was as clean as can be. My only suggestion is that it would be great to tile the downstairs and replace upstairs carpet (already scheduled to be completed in the fall according to owner.) we will definitely be in touch with Steve to book our next vacation!
