Grand Beach 404 is owned by an Alabama family. The condo is a family home that we hope will provide special memories for you, your family, and friends. Our family loves to travel and Gulf Shores is one of our favorite beaches in the country. We feel that Gulf Shores offers all the best a beach can offer, but without the large crowds, huge high rises, and high costs. Gulf Shores still has that feel of a small beach community. And Grand Beach Resort is surrounded by natural beauty. It is truly our family's small slice of paradise. We hope it is for you on your vacation. Your visit and experience are important to us. We know how important family vacations are or even just a short getaway with a spouse or friends. Our family wants Grand Beach Resort to be a special vacation place for you to enjoy year after year. Come and make memories with us at one of the most beautiful beaches in America.
We love the location of Grand Beach Resort. No other property in Gulf Shores offers such a vast view of the Gulf of Mexico on the front and views of Lake Shelby from the back. The proximity to the beach, attractions, activities, and restaurants makes this property a must see. The beach is one of the largest beach areas along the Gulf of Mexico. The state park allows unspoiled views of sand dunes and plenty of open beach areas to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico. The access to the beach, family activities, and sporting activities is unparalleled to any other beach location. You can also be at any of the area's popular restaurants and shopping in minutes. The location is absolutely perfect.
Interiors by the Coastal Living Magazine art director make the condo comfortable and contemporary. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Shelby in the Gulf Shores State Park. The large beach area and access to the state park make this a unique location with access to one of the best beaches in the country. Just past the State Park Pier there is a large area of just beach, water, and sand dunes. You start to feel that you are on a deserted island enjoying the views all by yourself. You can't find that experience in many coastal locations.
We had a great stay! The weather was perfect and beach was even better. We very much enjoyed the Hang Out, wonderful food, and great staff. Thank you!
Everything was great except the mattresses. They were a bit too hard. We will definitely come back.
Pleasant surroundings with convenient access to the beach, activities and town night life. Three sides of property are completely open with a great view of the AL state park property/wildlife reserve and the Gulf! I loved it.
We recently stayed in this condo and was extremely pleased with our visit. The location is great - easy to get in/out, convenient, and just far enough away from the tourist-heavy spots (like the Hangout) yet still be close by. You have a fantastic view of the beach and the Gulf State Park. The condo itself was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again!
I have to the security for the place is on top of everything, had gone out with windows down and forgot to put the parking pass back up went back ten minutes later and and a note already on our vehicle. Had awesome views where ever we looked. Just about everywhere wanted to go wasn't to far away and if it was it helped us find new places. The unit had everything in the pictures and list, it was cleanish but, it needed a bit more. I lifted the mattresses for the bunk beds to make them and there was stuff underneath and the top bunk has a vent that had to be vacuumed. Overall it was a great stay and we how to be back some day
We were disappointed in this property. We we told in the rental agreement we could check in at 3pm. When we arrived at 3pm the cleaning woman had just got to our room. We had to wait 45 more minutes to go in due to waiting on her. We drove over 12 hours to get there. Once we got in the room some of the fitted sheets were not on the beds just the comforters pulled up and pillows did not have cases on them. This is an older property and walls are very thin we could hear everyone around us, even the next door neighbor snoring. The pool was ok nothing special. I you have small children. It is a hike to the beach. They do not have any wooden walk ways, it's to much of a walk for kids, and wagons just sink in the sand.
We enjoyed the location as there are no buildings blocking the view of the beautiful ocean. I great place to stay to watch the sun rise. It is a bit small and if you have rain you will get wet while trying to punch in the key code to get into the condo. Gulf Shores is a great family place to visit. I would highly recommend eating at the Cayman Grill. Good food and wonderfully decorated with awesome wait staff. If I were to spend a lot of time in the condo while on vacation with family, then this unit could get a little too cozy. For the most part it was a great place to stay. Take your cleaning supplies with you.
