Guestbook comments from the owner

I have booked the studio last minute, the host was really great and accommodating. I had no trouble getting to the studio, the location was great. After a while I have discovered the neighborhood with all the shops and restaurants. I would say it was one of a delightful visits to NYC.

The studio has a very nice set up, full kitchen and work area. It was perfect for two of us. A little romantic getaway in the heart of West Village. Plenty of entertainment and things to do.

Love New York, love the place, will come again.

Studio was clean and tidy. Building was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Great location.

Everything was great. The condo was neat and clean and the building was quiet. It was perfect for me and my daughter’s 3-day stay in NYC. The AC was a blessing. We had some very hot weather while we were there. The neighbor was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants, bakeries, cafes and shops. If you’re a fan of Mexican food, you’ll love Tacombi – La Cornelia located on the corner of Bleeker and Cornelia streets. Amazing food, great vibe. The condo was in close proximity to multiple subway lines for the entire city not just the W. Village. The owner, Yuri, was very accommodating, easy to work with and always accessible by text or phone. He contacted us a couple of times during our stay to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent spot for a stay in the West Village

  • 5 of 5

Clean, neat, good air conditioning (heat index was > 100 for most of our stay) and all other amenities worked perfectly well. Ideal for a couple or three persons. It could fit a small family as well, though it would be a bit crowded.

Safe, both the neighborhood and the building "security" measures (double door main entrance, both bolted, and a bolt on the apartment door). Also quiet - we rarely heard or saw neighbors. And despite being in the heart of West Village, the street it's on is almost entirely residential and very quiet.

Great location, particularly if you're interested in live music. Only blocks from the Blue Note, Village Vanguard, Smalls, and Cornelia Street Cafe'. There are also a number of rock, blues, and comedy clubs within a few blocks. Excellent food and beverage options (Blind Tiger Ale House, O Cafe', Murray's Bagel's, and three great pizza shops: John's on Bleecker Street; Artichoke Basille's; Bleecker Street Pizza). Plenty of local groceries and other amenities available.

Very conveniently located for the West 4th Metro Stop (A, B, C, D, E, F, and M trains). A bit more than a block from Washington Square Park.

The owner (Yuriy) is easy to work with. Instructions were clear and he made himself available via text, phone, and email. No worries at all dealing with Yuriy or staying in this apartment. We would happily return.

Great studio in West Village

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I took our 7 year old granddaughter to NYC for sightseeing and shows. This studio was perfect for us. It is in a busy neighborhood in West Village with lots going on, but we never heard so much as a car horn while we were inside the apartment. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a nice chair that folds out into a small bed. The apartment was clean, tidy, and convenient. There are two subway stations on different lines, both within a 2-3 minute walk, which made it easy to travel anywhere in the city. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to Manhattan if it is available.

Great NYC studio apartment

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying here. The check in was very easy getting the keys from the lock box. The location was absolutely the best! The 4th ave subway station is just steps away and has easy routes to everywhere you want to get to in the city. The apartment is also just steps away from Bleecker street, which has a ton of old, well known restaurants and shops and music. The apartment itself was everything we wanted - comfortable bed, AC, ground floor, and quiet. We were surprised how quiet it was considering how close to everything it is. TV worked great and was nice for a little chill time to recover from bike rides or a visit to Brighton beach. The bathroom had all the necessities including extra towels. The kitchen had everything you'd need if you wanted to stay in (but don't... There is too much awesome food in NYC to eat in). He even has various condiments and tea in the cupboard, which I thought was a really nice touch. He was also easy to reach via text while there. No complaints- we will very likely stay here again for our next NYC visit if available.

Nice place

  • 4 of 5

Great communication with Yuriy. The studio was clean, we were so glad to find this space to help us visit the city on a budget. Its location is fabulous access to three different subway lines...just two blocks! You can get all around the boroughs and just a short walk from the studio.

Great studio, great location

  • 5 of 5

We truly enjoyed staying in this delightful studio. The property was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything one needs. I enjoyed having coffee on the back patio right outside the back door! Perfect location. Few blocks from Washington Square and NYU. Close to subway stations and many good restaurants and jazz clubs just steps away. A great place. I would definitely stay again.
