I have booked the studio last minute, the host was really great and accommodating. I had no trouble getting to the studio, the location was great. After a while I have discovered the neighborhood with all the shops and restaurants. I would say it was one of a delightful visits to NYC.
The studio has a very nice set up, full kitchen and work area. It was perfect for two of us. A little romantic getaway in the heart of West Village. Plenty of entertainment and things to do.
Love New York, love the place, will come again.
This is a nice little unit, very conveniently located in the West Village. Great subway access, plethora of bars, restaurants, stores nearby. While small, it's roomy enough and well-equipped for all one's needs. Owner very responsive. I recommend, and would definitely stay again.
My wife and I just stayed here for 5 days in the heart of the West Village! We loved it and its location! Cannot miss the Japanese Ramen shop across the street nor the Japanese massage clinic downstairs! Especially after walking all over town! The proximity of subway stations makes this an easy place to stay and get around. Forget a car for sure! It is a very clean studio and quiet! We slept like rocks! And because it is so centrally located you can get anywhere quickly! A must stay!
Lovely studio, cozy and convenient. Yuriy was great communicator. Would stay there again!
Everything was great. The condo was neat and clean and the building was quiet. It was perfect for me and my daughter’s 3-day stay in NYC. The AC was a blessing. We had some very hot weather while we were there. The neighbor was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants, bakeries, cafes and shops. If you’re a fan of Mexican food, you’ll love Tacombi – La Cornelia located on the corner of Bleeker and Cornelia streets. Amazing food, great vibe. The condo was in close proximity to multiple subway lines for the entire city not just the W. Village. The owner, Yuri, was very accommodating, easy to work with and always accessible by text or phone. He contacted us a couple of times during our stay to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again.
Clean, neat, good air conditioning (heat index was > 100 for most of our stay) and all other amenities worked perfectly well. Ideal for a couple or three persons. It could fit a small family as well, though it would be a bit crowded.
Safe, both the neighborhood and the building "security" measures (double door main entrance, both bolted, and a bolt on the apartment door). Also quiet - we rarely heard or saw neighbors. And despite being in the heart of West Village, the street it's on is almost entirely residential and very quiet.
Great location, particularly if you're interested in live music. Only blocks from the Blue Note, Village Vanguard, Smalls, and Cornelia Street Cafe'. There are also a number of rock, blues, and comedy clubs within a few blocks. Excellent food and beverage options (Blind Tiger Ale House, O Cafe', Murray's Bagel's, and three great pizza shops: John's on Bleecker Street; Artichoke Basille's; Bleecker Street Pizza). Plenty of local groceries and other amenities available.
Very conveniently located for the West 4th Metro Stop (A, B, C, D, E, F, and M trains). A bit more than a block from Washington Square Park.
The owner (Yuriy) is easy to work with. Instructions were clear and he made himself available via text, phone, and email. No worries at all dealing with Yuriy or staying in this apartment. We would happily return.
My wife and I took our 7 year old granddaughter to NYC for sightseeing and shows. This studio was perfect for us. It is in a busy neighborhood in West Village with lots going on, but we never heard so much as a car horn while we were inside the apartment. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a nice chair that folds out into a small bed. The apartment was clean, tidy, and convenient. There are two subway stations on different lines, both within a 2-3 minute walk, which made it easy to travel anywhere in the city. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to Manhattan if it is available.
