We have four homes in a row with identical floor plans, different decor. If your week is not available in Cape Ann please contact us to see if Cape May, Cape Cod or Cape Coral is available! If you need a pet friendly home, Cape Cod accepts pets!

For 2017 Cape Ann will rent Saturday to Saturday! (Flexible turnover day and 3 night partial weeks welcome September - May).

Brand New 55" SMART HDTV w/ Netflix (use your own log in) in living room for 2016! Flat screen TV added in Rec Room! All bedrooms have 32" flatscreen TVs! 3 or 4 night partials confirmed anytime in the off-season (Stay dates before May 22nd or after October 2nd excluding Thanksgiving).

Relax by the Private Pool, soak in the Hot Tub and enjoy the Recreation Room full of fun activities including a Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey and a Card Table! Free Internet Access. Fun for the whole family! Six of the eight bedrooms have a private bath. Sheets and Towels are provided with Beds Made! Enjoy the exceptional ocean view from all rooms on the ocean side of the house. TV room located on the middle floor. An Elevator allows easy access to each floor and provides Wheelchair Access.

This magnificent beach house is wheelchair accessible. One bedroom on the ground level is handicap friendly. The door frame to the bedroom and handicap bathroom is 36". The bathroom has a shower bench. A safety toilet seat with arms is available upon request. The elevator opening is 36". The upper level is a great room.

There are many fine restaurants close to the cottage. A Shuttle will pick you up for free at the beach house and take you to shopping or golf in the Village of Nags Head (available Memorial day to Labor Day). There is a Private Beach Access with bathroom and shower facilities/parking pass provided for this access.

For Large family groups rent with #1152 Cape May, #1153 Cape Cod and #1154 Cape Coral. Great for Wedding Accommodations (no wedding functions permitted) or family reunions.

"My family was one of the first to have the honor of staying in Cape Ann. We rented it for 2 weeks and it was incredible! The moment I walked into the house I fell in love with it! It was absolutely gorgeous! My family had rented other beach houses before, but the thing that really stood out right away was the attention to detail. Each room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were made upon our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. My uncle, the "family chef" was very impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. It was stocked with everything a "foodie" could possibly need. The two dishwashers were an added bonus and were great as we were a large group. There were also two washers and dryers so laundry was no problem! The living area upstairs was spacious, airy and bright, and the furniture was comfy. I loved taking my morning coffee out on the top deck and watching the sun come up over the ocean. Cape Ann offers something for everyone. The pool and hot tub are great when you need a break from the sand and beach. We spent a lot of fun times downstairs in the rec room playing pool and air hockey! I especially loved the little nook on the second level with the flat screen tv and loveseat. It was the perfect quiet place to read or watch a movie. My 82 year old grandmother made the trip with us and the elevator made travel up and down stairs much easier for her. It also came in handy for large grocery trips and the transfer of luggage. :) I moved to the OBX a year and a half ago and one of the first things I did was to drive down "the beach road" and look for this house. My family had a wonderful time there and it still holds up as my favorite beach house.”

Why Pat chose Outer Banks

The 4 Capes are one block from a Food Lion, Fresh Market and Dollar Tree. It is about 5 miles from a Harris Teeter grocery store. Jennette's Pier is 2 miles south on the same road. You can rent a fishing pole or pay a nominal fee to go on the pier to fish. There is also a fishing charter boat that leaves from Pirates Cove which is about 3 miles south on the causeway to Manteo. You can charter a boat for deep sea fishing from Oregon Inlet. That is about 15 miles going towards Hatteras. There is a water rental sports place, a putt putt golf course and a mini race car track for children within a mile of Cape Cod. An 18 hole golf course is one mile away-Nags Head Links. One of the best restaurants in the area is Owens-two miles south on the same road. It is still family owned since about 1934-not inexpensive. Sam and Omie's Restaurant is right across the street from the pier. It was started around 1937. We go there for the best pancakes ever! Another favorite restaurant is Collingon Cafe. It is on Collington Island which is a turnoff around the 9 mile post. As of the last time I checked only Collington Cafe takes reservation. A Mexican restaurant is on the next block so no driving needed! There is also great shopping. Tanger Outlet Mall is 2 miles south. There is a TJMaxx, Tuesday Morning (one block from the Capes) and a Belk store. A great clothing store is Miss Lizzie's in Kitty Hawk right on the highway. Downtown Manteo is very quaint with cute shops. If you are coming in on Rt 168 there is a Visitors Center just past the Home Depot. I suggest you stop there and pick up lots of brochures. There will also be someone there to answer any specific questions.

What makes this house unique

Sunday to Sunday preferred but will consider other times if off season. 3 Night minimum in off-season!

We had a family of 14 and 2 toddlers. Had plenty of room to lose each other:)This was our first time in Nags Head as we always stayed at Duck,Corolla etc. Loved the convenience of the stores and walking to the beach was not far at all. Those that didn't like the sun enjoyed the gazebo by the ocean.The only 2 negatives,I think the grill needs updated, we didn't use it because of the condition of it and it was also charcoal. The only other thing was the floors in the upstairs I think could have been cleaner, I don't think they were mopped at all and felt sandy. Overall we loved the house and I spoke to the owner 2 times prior to arrival and she was so nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
