Old world charm meets modern elegance. Welcome to our classic, 2 bedroom/1 bath condo situated in a newly renovated, 100 year old Victorian house. This clean urban abode offers 1 comfortable king sized bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, heated floors, a private courtyard, and lots of natural light.

Dine in or walk to one of the numerous restaurants, coffee houses or bars in Seattle's centrally located Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Parking is provided but being just 1 mile from the city, it's easy to walk, bike (bikes provided by City of Seattle at kisok 1 block away) or take the bus to local attractions. Experience the City on the Sound in style.

Outstanding!!

My family & I loved staying here! The home was so clean & comfortable to stay at. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need to make fantastic meals. We were close to a great grocery store & great restaurants! The transportation Link was close by for us to use every day to visit the Seattle sites. I will definitely stay here again!

Quiet, escape in Cap Hill

I loved my stay at Bob's property - it was well maintained and well equipped with everything that I could have asked for or needed throughout the stay. It was a quiet escape in the midst of cap hill in a very safe area. The parking spots in an area where it's often hard to find parking was absolutely clutch. Bob was incredibly communicative as questions came up, but was also detailed oriented enough to leave self-service instructions to help us help ourselves and avoid unnecessary back and forth. Great place that I'd certainly visit again.

Very cozy and clean house for 6 people!

The property looks better in person than in the photos! We stayed in Unit A on the downstairs floor of the Victorian house and the interior was very well done. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and had a great communal space in the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook your own meals in terms of pots, pans, utensils. There is even a spice rack with a multitude of spices. The temperature in the house was never too hot or too cold. The bedrooms each had ample space and the living room couch converted into a queen size bed but also had some storage for clothes. On the downside, the internet was very slow but our trip wasn't one where we needed fast internet. Also, I slept in the living room pullout couch and noticed that the porch light stayed on throughout the night. We couldn't find a light switch to turn it off but that could be something we just missed. The parking spaces can be challenging to exit from but we were able to figure out how to turn our vehicle around so that we would not have to back out of a narrow driveway when leaving. Other than that, this would be a property I would consider booking again!

Owner's Response: I thank our guest for the feedback....internet speeds are dictated by Comcast our service provider. We have a dedicated router for this unit and account with Comcast. I don't often hear this comment but it does occur. Regarding the light, it is set to stay on all night as a safety measure as it illuminates the walkway from the back parking area and acts as a deterrent. I just don't like having a dark parking area at night and we do have shades on the windows to cut down on the light.

Great property, fantastic location

We had family in town and rented this property so they would have a comfortable place to wind down after a long day. They loved it. The space was well appointed and in a great location. You can walk to everything including the light rail station to go further into downtown. The parking was a bonus since it does come at a premium in this area, but you won't need your car once you get settled into this great neighborhood!

Comfortable and clean Capital Hill property

This was a very nice, beautifully appointed apartment located in a convenient section of Capitol Hill. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return if we visit Seattle again. Grocery stores and restaurants were within a short walking distance (3 to 4 blocks). The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The Internet service was a bit slow but that was the only problem encountered.
