Welcome to our luxurious Black Diamond Condo! We are conveniently located between Giant Steps and Alpen Glow runs. A short walk/ski/board ride to the slopes. Brian Head is a popular location for WINTER sports with approximately 350 inches of snowfall annually. At 10,000 feet, we have some of the driest and best powder in existence. The ski slopes are seldom crowded and offer a variety of terrain. Winter activities include: skiing, snow boarding, sledding, snow mobile riding, tubing, and, of course, snow angel making. There are numerous locations for equipment rental and they are all very near the condo as well as a daily shuttle to get you from one area to the other!
In the SUMMER, Brian Head becomes the premiere location for mountain biking, ATV riding, and hiking. The mountains are loaded with trails, and there are several cycling events during the warmer months. The ski lifts continue service during the warmer months to convey riders and their bikes to the top of the mountain for the down-hill bike trails. You can take advantage of miles of ATV trails all around Brian Head, hiking trails right outside your door, and several fishing lakes and streams within 30 minutes of Brian Head.
Brian Head also offers free concerts, craft fairs and fantastic town celebrations all Summer long. Cedar Breaks National Park is 5 miles away, and one of the most spectacular sights you will ever see.
Cedar City is just 40 minutes down the mountain, and is home to the award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival (Summer and Fall), shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and other amenities you may be looking for.
Our condo is comfortably furnished with warm, inviting colors and textures. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for a quiet romantic dinner for couples or for a family to gather around to plan the days activities! The living room has 2 sofas with ottomans/recliners so you can stretch out by the fire and catch a movie on our 42” LCD TV or pop in a DVD or Ipod and listen in surround sound.
The Master bedroom has a king bed and a 19” TV and jetted bathtub The second Master has a queen bed and has beautiful views of Brian Head's valley and town. The Guest room has a queen bed and lots of warm, cozy blankets to snuggle in. The 4th bedroom has a twin over double bunkbed. As a bonus, the upstairs loft has a 42' LCD Tv/DVD player and seating for the kids or another couple. There is also a pine twin bed bunk bed off to the side. You also have access to our full sized washer and dryer so that your 'play clothes' are fresh and ready for the next day.
Why the Owner Chose Brian Head: Our family chose Brian Head because it offers so much for such a short distance from so many places. For Las Vegans, it is a cool retreat from the summer heat and the snow is the best in the west!

The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and spacious. We slept 6 adults and 4 kids with room to spare. The open kitchen and living area allowed us all to spend time together, while the loft allowed the children space to hang out without annoying adults on top of them. The location is excellent and allows for skiing in and out just a few hundred feet to the south. Best of all, Michelle's communication and responsiveness was AMAZING. We had a small hiccup when we arrived and she handled it immediately. We could not have been any happier with this condo: My only hesitancy in writing this review is that it may make it harder to stay at this property in the future due to increased demand! Everyone in our group agreed that we will be back!
We had 9 people staying at this condo, 4 adults and 5 teenagers ranging from 12 to 17 years old. It is a nice spacious condo with a huge kitchen. The place looks better than the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Everything was fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, it has a huge living area and a loft, perfect for teenagers to play games and watch TV. Moreover, having a garage and driveway were wonderful due to having about 4 foot snow during our stay. Overall, it is a comfortable, spacious, and convenient place to stay for two families. If something could be changed to make the place like home and even better--faster WIFI; bigger hot water heater tank (only about 2-3 people can take short showers at a time; we staggered our showers and didn't use hot water for washing dishes); working remote controls (or let the renters know where the spare batteries are); better bunk beds (uncomfortable mattresses and loose planks. 2 boys slept on couches without the pullouts.); and having to wash all the linens such as sheets, towels, and kitchen towels before leaving (which wasn't that big of a deal for some of us. You have an option of paying $10/load instead)
It was my parents first time ever going to a cabin up on the mountains. They were really comfortable and loved everything about it. The cabin provided the best setting for a picture perfect family vacation. They even had humidifiers in each room to keep you from drying out. I loved seeing my parents see their kids and grand kids in one place. The looks on their face said we would have never dream of anything like this. My opinion of the pictures we originally saw on the website didn't do the condo justice. The neighbors were really nice too. Thank you for renting out the condo to us. My family was really blessed and will return when we get a chance.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and there was plenty of room for four adults and six children.
We had three families and had a great time skiing. I had to take our kids over to Navajo but I know several of our group skied into the condo. Great location and a beautiful condo! Easy and quick communication with the owner too!
Michelle is awesome. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We highly recommend this place
