This place was perfect for my family.

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying at this place. Very well appointed rental on cul-de-sac. Walk to small private beach and a mile from Seagull beach. Very nice neighborhood and we did not need to bring a thing but food and fun. Probably the best place we stayed at yet on the Cape. Best value for sure. New BBQ, nice deck and backyard.Beds were comfy and place was spotless and well decorated. Enough SAT TVs for rainy days. Will be back for sure.

Perfect house for a family vacation

  • 5 of 5

We had great time staying in this Yarmouth house which is perfectly located close to the beaches and is just wonderful to be in. It is spacious yet cozy, very clean, and it seems that all your needs, from linens and towels to dishes and kitchen equipment are taken care of. It has AC in each room. The back yard with the hammock in the shade of the trees is a dream come true. Very good internet service too which is important when you keep track on work while on vacation, and when you have two teenagers with you. Huge thank you to the owners. We'd love to be back next year.

fantastic ! Walk to beach.

  • 5 of 5

Do you need to relax? Walk to beach in 3 minutes? Do you need a hamac? Pots for your lobster? Nice comfy beds to sleep and not hear traffic?

This is the place. Owners are fabulous and make you feel welcomed. The house is delightful

Plenty big with a deck , bbq, yard.

The beach is for locals if you want more you can walk 1.5 miles to sea gull beach. But why?

We are planning another stay.

The lovely Lewis Bay area is a beach community offering something for everyone. Whether your idea of the perfect vacation is to unplug and unwind or you prefer a constant stream of activity, this area will provide you with as much or as little as you need! Charter a deepsea fishing adventure, or just relax in the shade with a cool drink and a good book. A 5 minute walk brings you to our private beach where little ones will love building sand castles and catching minnows in the shallows. Jetski to Hyannisport and sneak a glimpse of the Kennedy Compound, or kayak the pristine waters of Lewis Bay. Wander among the boutiques and art galleries lining Main Street in Hyannis or learn to navigate by the stars at the Cape Cod Maritime Museum. Take a winding drive along the Old King's Highway and discover why Jonathan Kandell of Smithsonian magazine felt that “...steering along tree-shaded Route 6A on a mild summer day, with blue inlets of Cape Cod Bay on one side and white picket-fenced houses on the other, I’m tempted to conclude this may be the most appealing stretch of America I know.”
