We loved our stay at your well equipped condo. Loved the extra security, closeness to pier and the fact that we could walk to restaurants. The folder of menus was helpful. Our personal recommendations are Poe's Tavern and Hyman's Seafood. Great service!
This is a beautiful part of South Carolina and we enjoyed our family vacation spent here.

Our family just stayed in unit 210 for our son's wedding on Folly Beach. Everything was wonderful! The unit is well equipped and the location couldn't be beat.
Also if anyone is thinking about a Folly Beach wedding the Pelican Watch Pavilion on Folly was perfect.
Other members of our family were in different units and all were very satisfied.
The condo was in a terrific location, right on the beach in the center of town. It is large with 4 good size bedrooms. There is only one elevator and it takes forever so either try to take the stairs or plan accordingly especially around check out time. Goo place for a family vacation.
I rented to condo for the week of my 71st birthday. My bff from kindergarten came for a few days and then my three daughters came for the rest of the week. The condo was perfect for us. There was not one thing we needed that it didn't have. The place was so comfortable and nicely decorated. I would recommend it to anyone and would love to go back.
Very nice condo - view from the balcony is fantastic and location to pier and folly beach restaurants was easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out procedures were very easy and the convenience of the parking garage below the units and the elevators was very helpful. The condo unit was clean and everything was in working order. Furniture and décor a little dated, but still very comfortable and typical of what you expect with a beach condo. WiFi was slow as well. Pool was closed at this time of year which was not a big deal for us. Overall a great experience and the location is hard to beat.
This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean and updated.
The location made the trip. Across the street from Loggerhead restraint and bar and easy walking distance to 10 plus places to eat and hear live music.
Went into Charleston each day for sights then back to the beach each evening. Perfect.
We stayed at this condo for my mom's 80th bday and could not have been more pleased! Easy access to beach, pools, and downtown Folly. Condo was beautiful and clean with perfect views of the folly pier and beach! Look no further for a perfect place to stay!

When you plan a Charleston vacation, you pick your experience. Our guests can stay in the city or nearby in island destinations such as Folly Island and the Isle of Palms.
Enjoy both history and modernity in one of our Charleston vacation rentals. From the area’s pristine beaches to PGA Tour golf courses, fine dining, and rich historical landmarks, families and singles alike can't get enough of Charleston. So much so, the city has consistently ranked as the No. 1 world-renown vacation spot by Travel + Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler.
Start your vacation outdoors and explore both the Atlantic Ocean and Copper River. Families can relax on one of the area beaches or get in the water for boating, fishing, kayaking, parasailing, swimming and surfing. Charleston also houses nature preserves, gardens, parks and the South Carolina Aquarium, a family favorite.
When not enjoying the scenery, head to the dozens of attractions and festivals in Charleston that celebrate history and arts and culture. History buffs will find opportunities to learn more about both the Civil War and the Revolutionary War with access to historical sites, including churches, stunning plantation homes and the Fort Sumter National Monument. No trip will feel complete without taking one of the many guided ghost and walking tours to see more than 50 museums – including America's first theater, the Dock Street Theatre in the French Quarter – and art galleries that showcase the area's rich national heritage and local culture.
Our guests also have a blast shopping at the King Street Fashion District, which includes dozens of retailers selling everything from antiques and apparel to locally made treats. The city's food scene also ranks as one of the best in the U.S., and has more than 150 restaurants showcasing chef-inspired dishes as well as traditional favorites.
If you prefer to stay outside but in proximity to the city, iTrip Vacations Charleston also has vacation rentals located in Folly Island and Isle of Palms, two barrier islands off the South Carolina coast. These destinations feature miles of beaches, family-friendly activities, award-winning restaurants and more.
Stay in a Folly Beach vacation rental, and have a blast on or off the water. Folly Island sits between the Folly River and Atlantic Ocean, providing the best of both freshwater and saltwater activities. Families enjoy relaxing on the beaches, biking, boating, fishing, dolphin-watching, kayaking and sailing.
The island houses two parks that offer public beach access and events: Folly River Park and Folly Beach County Park, both located in proximity to restaurants, shopping and play areas. Another must-see attraction is the Folly Beach Fishing Pier, where visitors can fish, watch wildlife and spend time together. Although locals refer to this spot as the Edge of America, Folly Island is only a 15-minute drive to Charleston.
Isle of Palms – located only 12 miles to Charleston – offers a friendly beach community complete with modern amenities to create a place to have fun and relax. The area has a thriving district packed full of shops and restaurants surrounded by miles of beaches and residences. Popular Isle of Palms activities include fishing charter adventures, sightseeing, watersports and golf at the Wild Dunes Island resort.
