This 1980s home is our budget rental but recently updated, and is a great value for the money! The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room home is in North Austin, near Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Lake Travis. The outdoor neighborhood pool is open year round and is complete with diving boards, kiddie pool, water park, full lockers, and a fitness center. Day passes are $3-5 a person.
The home has stained concrete floors throughout. There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a full size pull out sofa in the 2nd living room.
There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom with DirecTV service, and of course free Wifi as well.
It's located 17 miles to downtown Austin, and just 4 miles to Cedar Park TX. Lake Travis is also only a short drive away - enjoy a wonderful sunset at the Oasis on Lake Travis restaurant just 6 miles away.

4th Bedroom: Queen bed

This home is 15 miles from downtown, but still minutes from Cedar Park & Round Rock, as well as just 10 minutes from the Lake. This is our budget rental but is still nicely updated and accommodates larger groups. The home is a great value for the money!
What makes this House unique
We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 10 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us! The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.

Clean and Reasonably Priced
Three families consisting of six adults and four children spent the week after Christmas here. There was plenty of room, and a fully outfitted kitchen, plus a propane grill in the patio. There is a large screen TV and DVD player. The TV had DirecTV satellite service, so there were plenty of channels, and also a program recording and playback capability. The house is an older property, so not really "luxurious" as a previous reviewer mentioned, but clean and well equipped. There were newer towels, linens, good mattresses, and kitchen utensils. You will need to bring your own food and condiments. It is conveniently close to many restaurants and a large supermarket. It was quite cold when we were there, but the heater worked fine. The only negative I would mention, is that it is quite a ways from downtown Austin (18 mi, 30 min).
The property was perfect for our recent stay in Austin. Our group of 8 had plenty of room in the house. We would definitely stay there again. Greg and Amanda were quick to answer any questions before our stay.
