This 1980s home is our budget rental but recently updated, and is a great value for the money! The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room home is in North Austin, near Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Lake Travis. The outdoor neighborhood pool is open year round and is complete with diving boards, kiddie pool, water park, full lockers, and a fitness center. Day passes are $3-5 a person.
The home has stained concrete floors throughout. There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a full size pull out sofa in the 2nd living room.
There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, U Verse, and WiFi.
It's located 17 miles to downtown Austin, and just 4 miles to Cedar Park TX. Lake Travis is also only a short drive away - enjoy a wonderful sunset at the Oasis on Lake Travis restaurant just 6 miles away.

This home is 15 miles from downtown, but still minutes from Cedar Park & Round Rock, as well as just 10 minutes from the Lake. This is our budget rental but is still nicely updated and accommodates larger groups. The home is a great value for the money!

The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.
Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home. Big kitchen so easy to cook. Thank you for providing spices in the kitchen to cook. Big table for our family to eat at. Nice to spread out in a house and lots of beds.
This was a nice property for a family to stay in. I have to admit when they arrived the cleaning crew had not been to the property. Just a case of someone not doing their job, however, I contacted the rental agent and they had a crew on the way in 30 minutes, discounted the cleaning fee and the first night's rent. So, they were very professional and responsive and did whatever to make the stay a pleasant one. I give a lot of credit to the rental agent, being a business owner we often rely on others that let us down. The important thing is to make things right which this company did.
Awesome budget rental with plenty of room and all the amenities in a great location.
We really enjoyed our stay. Nice, clean home and a good spot for a group of old friends to visit with their families. Really appreciated that the home was kid friendly too, with some books, a small box of toys and kid appropriate dishes. Nice neighborhood as well with nearby public pools and lots of parks. Would definitely recommend this rental home!
As the aggregate of the 30+ reviews makes clear, the house, in my thinking, offers a guest essentially everything one might need for a short/moderate stay. Zero complaints and nothing lacking. What we would like to add is that the entire experience (actually three stays) was made so simply effortless and pleasant due to the perfect politeness, friendliness, and professionalism of the owner/host, Greg. A+, all the way around.
Very comfortable and homey environment. All necessities were provided. Spacious and comfortable. The Owners were very easy to work with.
