Enjoy nature, birding and beach on Sanibel Island, great seafood restaurants in downtown or Ft Myers Beach, deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and airboat ride in the Everglades. Visit Edison and Ford Winter Estates and Museum. Cruise on the Caloosahatchee River with the dolphins. Free downtown trolley with stop at the property entrance for the Holiday Season (starting Nov. 17). Downtown farmer's market within walking distance under the Caloosahatchee Bridge in Centennial Parkbridge on 1st Street open every Thursday 7am-1:30pm. Fleamasters, one of Florida's largest fleamarket, and popular Lee County Manatee Park are only 8-10 min by car. Famous breakfast places and restaurants, numerous golf and country clubs, Edison Mall, Bell Tower Shops, Sanibel Outlets, etc, etc. Whatever you want to do is within 1 hour of drive (including a ride to Naples) and even within walking distance. If you drive a little more, Sarasota and Tampa are just over 1 hour and Orlando and Miami are 2-3 hours.

Wonderful place to stay for a great vacation!

My husband and I were accompanied by our son on our trip to Ft Myers. We stayed in this spacious 3 bedroom luxury waterside condo that was a perfect fit for us. Every room has a great view of the river and downtown Ft Myers together with the three long bridges in the distance certainly add livelihood to the scene. We enjoyed the large screened balcony where we had tea and watched beautiful sunset. We also enjoyed the cozy 3rd bedroom-turned into recreation room where we watched TV and napped. The condo was well equipped and well kept with immaculate kitchen and pantry. The laundry room next to the kitchen is very convenient. There is a stop for a free sightseeing trolley right in front of our Riviera tower on 1st Street. We took the trolley to downtown where we visited Edison and Ford Winter Estate, did some grocery shopping at the Publix and the farmer's market, dined at Bennett's Fresh Roast, Veranda and Joe's Crab Shack (excellent foods!), walked in the Centennial Park and even took a sunset cruise from the Marina at Edison Ford and saw manatees swimming in the river near the railway lift bridge. Everything is so conveniently accessible from the condo! We did drive to Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach and visited J.N. Ding and Darling National Wildlife Refuge and Lovers Key State Park where we saw gorgeous sunset on the gulf. We also went down to Naples and had an exciting experience riding airboat in the Everglades. It is amazing that all these fun activities were within 1 hour of driving from the beautiful condo! We also enjoyed taking a walk in the river side pathway around the towers and the beautiful and spacious terrace next to the infinity pool and hot tub. The staff and people are so helpful and kind! Brooke would always hold the door for us before we even started to punch in the code to the main entrance. I forgot several bottles of drinking water in the rotunda while taking pictures of the beautiful scenes and they were promptly picked up and left on the reception desk! We would definitely go back!

A Perfect Vacation ...

We had a terrific time at this beautiful condo -- it was completely relaxing (I took 8 books to read ... a bit optimistic, but still felt good about having the ability to read several), comfortable (the recliner chair in 3rd bedroom perfect for tv watching ... and cat-napping!), and a great location with easy access to downtown Ft. Myers, Sanibel/Captiva, and my favorite discovery -- Matlacha, a small artsy/fishing community on Pine Island. The screened porch is very large and a perfect spot for drinking coffee in the morning, and wine at night. Though Florida in the summer can be pretty warm at times, the breezes off the river kept things comfortable and less humid. This is a new condo, with lots of amenities and luxuries -- including a semi-private elevator that allowed for quick service. Parking is underground, which kept the cars cool. A small, but nice gym is in the adjacent building -- along with a fairly large lending library of books. The pool was beautiful, and classes for aqua aerobics were held throughout the week. We never made it to the Thomas Edison/Henry Ford museum -- but are saving that for our next trip! Downtown Ft. Myers has several cute shops and restaurants, and just over the bridge are major familiar restaurants and stores -- all within about 5 miles. It was a perfect rental -- and the owners, John and Jean, couldn't be more accommodating. We can't wait to return!!!

Comfortable, Accessible, Private

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is an excellent place to vacation at. Located on the 9th floor of The Riviera, a private community, it offers a commanding view of the Caloosahatchee River. It’s an often occurrence to see dolphins and other marine life playing right in front of the condo. The furnishings inside are excellent; all of the furniture is one theme, and are placed very nicely. The Riviera is less than a mile away from downtown St. Myers, and has a bus stop right in front of it to get to the many attractions downtown. The condo has access to a large indoor exercise room, 2 full-size tennis courts, and a heated pool and spa. There is also an excellent running route, taking you right up to the side of the river. The people at the front desk are very nice, and always there to help you. Overall, a very nice experience, and I would definitely recommend this to all.

Enjoyed stay!

My husband and I recently stayed at this property and had a very enjoyable and relaxed time. The condo is nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. It has plenty of room for us. (It has three bedrooms and we wish we had brought our kids!) The facility has all the amenities a good resort should have. The view of the river in the evening is spectacular! We saw a mom and baby dolphin in the water right from the balcony. The pool is heated and spa is very clean and warm. The facility is well maintained, clean and quiet. We would recommend it to all!

Private, comfortable and refreshing

This is a clean and spacious condo with great privacy, comfort and beautiful river views from every room. It is very well equipped and maintained. I particularly enjoyed the morning and sunset from the screened lanai and the evening lights from the bridges and the shoreline. The first floor amenities are great. They are luxurious and surprisingly private. They make me feel almost like an extension of the condo with the convenience of WiFi access and very helpful onsite staff if you need anything. Very convenient to all the attractions and many restaurants. Make sure to stop by Bennett's Fresh Roast for morning coffee and the best vanity donuts I have ever tasted! Very much enjoyed the stay!

Because this is an upscale condo in a very friendly and secure community, the home owner associations (HOAs) and property management do require an application process that ensures all people living there will help maintain such a community. They also require a $300 application fee of which $200 will be reimbursed by the owner to the principal renter. Our local agent does perform a security and credit background check of all adult tenants at $50/person. Despite the rather complicated application process, we are sure you will absolutely enjoy your stay and find it worthwhile to go through the required process. Please plan to book your reservation at least 30 days before your intended arrival as it takes that long to get approval from the HOAs. Only ONE pet of maximum weight of 35 lbs is allowed with approval of the HOAs. The pet must be registered with the HOA including a photo and a current copy of license and vaccinations annually. Dogs are subject to a $30 annual fee payable to the Master Association.
5% off the seasonal rent after 90 days.
11% tax for rentals of less than 6 months. Damage deposit is $2500 for rentals of 6 months and longer.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date.
