You'll also only be a short drive from International Plaza and Bay Street, Raymond James Stadium, and the Tampa International Airport. Lined by palm trees and shrouded in sunshine, the enclosed backyard boasts a turquoise pool, poolside loungers, a gas grill, and a firepit - the perfect space for entertaining your loved ones and enjoying the sunshine. And don't forget the s'mores come nightfall! When you do bring your own boat, launch it via the nearby public boat ramps within two miles of your front door.

Inside, the open-concept living areas seamlessly blend the living room, dining room, and kitchen in perfect unison. Sit back and catch up on all your favorite shows on the living room's Smart TV. Show off your culinary expertise amongst the well-equipped kitchen's stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Then gather as a family at one of the lovely dining tables to share tasty meals and lots of laughs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The boat in the front yard is not available for guest use.
The brick outdoor cooking space is decorative only.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
