Sits over the garage with NO SHARED WALLS and UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS. Private entrance located in the alley, 2nd house in from Claremont Ave. Secure gate and front door with keyless keypad entries. Sleeps 1-4. Remodeled in the summer of 2012 and furnished in September 2013 for Homeaway use. EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Living Room has a Futon style sofa and flat screen TV. High Speed Internet and Cable TV. Bedroom has a Queen bed. Beautiful white kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Window A/C unit located at the kitchen window, installed 10/01/15. Contemporary style throughout with amazing views from the kitchen, dining room and living room. Private staircase. Walk to the bay, 2nd Street shops, restaurants and bars. Exercise on the boardwalk just out front on the beach or simply sunbathe all day long! Grocery store is approximately 1 mile down Ocean. There is a bus system available on 2nd St. Try out Kite Surfing just out front or rent kayaks and paddle boards at the Bay. Convenient to a lot of freeways (405, 605, 710, 22). Approximately 45 minutes to LAX or 15 min to LGB. Around 2 hours to San Diego or Big Bear Mountain.

We stayed here after our fun exhausting visit to Disneyland with our 2 year old. What a relaxing stay! The photos of the property are true to appearance. The property is very clean and quiet. The location couldn't be any better. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants if you get tired of driving. The best part is the view of the beach and ocean right out the living room and kitchen! We loved the option of getting groceries and eating in for some meals since there is a full kitchen. The washer and dryer was very convenient especially with a 2 year old in tow. Lastly, Barbara was very helpful with the check in process and tips on where to eat. We will definitely be back!
Our three year old daughter is still talking about her "beach house" months after our winter holiday stay! Such a lovely rental offering in a great location with everything a small family needs for a great getaway. Very private. Great view and great location. Peaceful and kind community. Thank you to the owners for letting this unit as a holiday rental and for stocking it well for holiday travelers. We'll be back!
We enjoyed our stay here very much! The studio is modern, clean, and very well-equipped. The location is fantastic - the beach is across the street - and 2nd street (with all.its shops and restaurants) is a few blocks away. We will definitely be coming back to stay!
