This *POPULAR* very spacious three bedroom apartment is set over two floors. The bathroom has a bath with a power shower and a toilet and you also have a separate toilet downstairs for convenience. There are three spacious bedrooms:

Reception Room: Double Sofabed, plus additional guest when required. 3 Guest.

All bedrooms have plenty storage for luggage etc. The apartment takes 12 people very comfortably with plenty of space. The apartment is fully loaded with everything you need for convenience. The living room has a dining table for the family. The sofabed in the lounge pulls out to form a comfy double bed. A large flat screen TV is also in the lounge for you to enjoy programmes. The apartment comes with wireless broadband. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner gas hob, double oven and grill, fridge freezer, washing machine, all cooking and baking equipment and plenty cuboard space. Directly outside the apartment is the local shops which includes: a take away chicken shop, 2 food and wine stores for you to purchase your groceries and a charity shop. The main shop ***'Wimbledon News'*** is where you can purchase your ***Oyster Travel Card*** which allows you to travel on all the London Transport Services. The friendly shopkeeper (always looking forward to my guests) is there to explain everything you need to know about your Oyster Card. Just 5 minutes walk there is a leisure centre with a swimming pool, keep fit centre and many sport activities. Tooting Broadway shopping centre is 3 minutes by bus (10 mins walk) where you will find restaurants, mc donalds, wine bars, pubs, markets, coffee shops, supermarkets, clothes shopping and many many more. A very vibrant and lively centre where most guests have enjoyed shopping especially at the popular 'Primark Department Store' where you can purchase clothes, homeware and gifts. ALSO ST GEORGES HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTRE IS ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK.

Tooting is a very safe and friendly community and is in a sought after area where house prices are on the higher end of the scale.

TOOTING BROADWAY..

Come out of the station and turn to your left to cross over the road (Halifax Building society on corner). You will come to Garrett Lane. You can walk 10 minutes to the apartment or walk down a couple of yards to the bus stop. You can get the 44, 77 or 270. When you hear the announcement 'Wimbledon Road' (3rd stop), get off and walk a further couple of yards to the mini roundabout. To your left you will see 'Wimbledon Road' walk about 50 yards to the apartment.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO PHONE WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT OR 2O MINUTES AWAY FROM THE APARTMENT TO MEET ME TO CHECK YOU IN. I WILL EXPLAIN EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE APARTMENT AND TELL YOU HOW TO GET ABOUT WHICH IS SO SIMPLE. THE DINING ROOM HAS A HUGE UNDERGROUND MAP (ON THE WALL) SHOWING ALL THE TUBE STATAIONS. I HAVE ALSO COMPILED A LOT OF TOURIST INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO START.

The apartment was adequate for 7 persons. Beautiful apartment with a very good access to the transport network. Crockery plentiful. A bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate toilet were available. There was another bathroom, but the shower was not adjustable and therefore hard to use (but that may indeed be repaired). Perfect and surprising was that dish soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll and garbage bags were available. Towels in more than sufficient quantities available (in advance of bed linen and towels). WLAN well usable. Small shop for the essentials right in the house, Tecso and small take-away shops available within a short distance.

We had a good time, good typical accommodation if you want to see London.

We found the apartment dirty and the kitchen poorly equipped. It was difficult to find any crockery that wasn't chipped. There was nowhere to put our own groceries as the cupboard was filled with someone else's old groceries. In the bedrooms the cupcoards could not be used for clothing as they were already full.

Definitely wouldn't recommend it.
