Amazing location!!! Recently renovated 5 bedroom 3 bath with great bedroom set up for family and friends. Close by to Health Club and pool. One of the most preferred condos at Sugarloaf due to it's fantastic location, magnificent views of Sugarloaf and the Bigelow Range, and the ease of access to activities on the Mountain. Amenities include a relaxing living room with great gas fireplace, easy well designed new kitchen, and a nicely located dining area. High speed internet, TV's in each bedroom and privacy set up with multi-levels.

We live in Maine and have been skiing at Sugarloaf since the early 1960's.

Why Steve Weisberger chose Sugarloaf

This property is one of the best sites on the Mountain. We purchased this because of its location. We have raised our family skiing here and still spend quite a few week-ends here as our own get away condo. It is a great spot to park and walk or take the shuttle that comes by every 20 minutes during the regular ski season. There is privacy even though there are other condos near by. We have many repeat guests that have been coming to ski with their families and continually thank us for the excellent care that we take of our condo.

Notes:
This is a great alpine and nordic skiing, snowboarding, and golfing destination condo where a short ride will bring you to magnificent landscapes and even the possibilities of seeing a moose. Snowmobiling is common throughout the area with trails connecting throughout the state.

Perfect ski condo

Two families spent 5 days skiing at Sugarloaf and this condo suited us perfectly. There are plenty of places to spread out, and sleeping arrangements offer lots of space. The condo was clean, stocked with everything you might need including cooking supplies, shampoo, soap, and laundry detergent. The owner was incredibly helpful and answers all questions quickly and makes sure everything is taken care during your stay. The location is convenient to restaurants, fitness center, pool, and of course to get out and ski. We left our cars parked the whole time and walked anywhere we needed to go. Thanks Steve and Teri!

Great unit and a great location!

Well looked after property with one of the best locations on the mountain. Could have used a couple more dining room chairs and the gas fireplace did not work. If you get snow, and we luckily did, be prepared to dig your self out of the unit, but what a great problem to have! We hope to be back!

Couldn't Be Better!!

We stayed at this lovely condo MLK weekend and it was wonderful. The condo easily accomodated five adults and six children. It is very clean and well cared for. The kitchen is large and extremely well stocked. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. There is a large entryway to store skis and boots. It is a 1 minute walk from the Snubber mid station, allowing us to get going in the morning with ease. Steve, the owner, is easy to work with. I hope we can rent this place again!!

Very nice four level unit with all the amenities of home.

This unit has everything you need for a very comfortable stay on Sugarloaf Mountain. Having four levels with two entrances, this unit provides more than ample area for a large group to spread out and truly enjoy a relaxing vacation. Nicely decorated with a large eat-in Kitchen and Livingroom space on the main level was quite enjoyable. We like to cook and found everything we needed. The fireplace during the evenings was certainly an added attraction. In addition this unit has comfortable beds , multiple bathrooms, nice appliances, a balcony facing the mountain and the afternoon sun. It is within a two minute walk to the lift station which again was very convenient. We fully recommend this unit for a very comfortable stay. We hope our recommendation doesn't cause the unit to be booked to prevent us from returning. Until next time.....

Great Place!

This was our 2nd time staying here and there will be more to come! The location is perfect for skiing, layout of condo great 3 floors - well equipped, decks. Steve is great to work with.

We will be reserving again next year and we will do it early so we get the dates we want! Thanks Steve,

Great stay!

First two levels have two bedrooms each and baths. Third level is common area with updated kitchen. Fourth level is master with another bath. We had 4 families and everyone was comfortable. We made dinner and even baked cookies. So nice to have extras like spices and tin foil. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. Also soap and blow dryer. Little extras makes for comfortable stay. We all walked, including children, short distance to lift. Easy parking for three cars. We also walked to Shipyard Brewery one night. Great view of mountain from main deck and master bedroom. Condo was very clean and owner very responsive. You can't go wrong here.
