We are located in West Yellowstone, Gallatin County, Montana. Our townhouse is just 7 blocks from the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park, 2 blocks from snowmobiling trails, and 5 blocks from the Rendezvous Cross-Country Ski Trails. This well maintained & spacious townhouse awaits your family or group.
Situated on a quiet residential street, just outside the town center, you are within walking distance to the restaurants, shops and activities that West Yellowstone has to offer. The off-street parking is ideal for snowmobiles or boats.
Our townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2 ½ baths and laundry area. With over 1500 sq. ft. you’ll find plenty of room for your family vacation, reunion or guys getaway.

Kitchen: Our eat-in kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a meal to start your day, and offers plenty of natural light. With ample counter space, and all the conveniences of home, satisfying your groups hunger will be a piece of cake.
Living Room: At the end of the day you’ll enjoy relaxing in the living room. Watch the snow fall as you sit by the fire on those chilly nights, or grab a snack and catch a ballgame on the 42” television.
The sliding glass doors off the living room offer a view of the common area. The kids can play, while you relax on the deck and observe blue skies and spectacular sunsets. Throw a few steaks on the outdoor grill, grab a seat at the picnic table, and enjoy a great meal.
Half Bath: The convenient half bath is great for guest and quick wash ups.
Master Bedroom: The master suite welcomes you into its warm and relaxing décor with a king size bed and attractive bedding. An abundance of closet and drawer space will provide guests with more than enough room to tuck away their belongings. A 27” television, iron, iron board, hair dryer and scale round out the amenities that can be found in the master bedroom.
The sliding glass doors in the master bedroom open to the upstairs balcony, where you can welcome the day with a cup of coffee and morning paper.
Second Bedroom: The feeling of home continues into the second bedroom. A queen size bed with eye catching bedding beckons a comfortable nights rest. The large window brings the outdoors in and offers a view of the mountains. As with the master bedroom, you will find plenty of closet and drawer space for all your belongings.
Master Bathroom: A full bath on the upper level has a tub/shower combination, and is decorated in a playful mallard duck motif. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided, additional linens can be found in the hall closet.
Bedroom: Charming is the only way to described this lower level bedroom, with 2 full size beds and dresser. The matching bedding in warm earth tones, with moose print, lends to the feeling of being in a rustic retreat. All bedrooms come furnished with their own television, and each room has its own thermostat for optimum comfort.
Laundry Room: The laundry area with full size washer and dryer will make quick work of getting clothes clean. With like new appliances in a clean and bright alcove, this is one chore you won’t mind.
Bathroom: No need to take a number. A full bath with walk-in shower can be found on the lower level for the convenience and privacy of those guests sleeping on the lower level. Again, all linens are provided.

Hello, My name is Ron Tomasetti and I've been visiting West Yellowstone for the past 33 years. I have visited Yellowstone in all 4 seasons and each season is unique in its own way. My wife Debbie and two sons visit West Yellowstone at least once a year.

Deb and I had the opportunity to purchase this townhouse in 2011. One reason was to allow us a special place to stay while we vacation in West Yellowstone. The other was to be able to help others enjoy their Yellowstone experience.
One of the unique benefits our guests have is access to our Resource Center located on our website. Each guest will be able to login to our website to gain access to our Resource Center which provides valuable information to help plan your trip.
We have also partnered with a local Snowmobile Rental, Snow Coach, and Van Tour company to offer our guest special discounted rates.
Stayed here in August 2016. Very convenient to west entrance to Yellowstone. Also within walking distance to town. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Ron the owner was great to deal with. Also kept us updated on fire situation in the park.
There were five adults staying at the condo. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was very homey. We drove our motorcycles and had plenty of room for parking. It was so nice to come back to the condo after a day of riding to relax in front of the fireplace. The condo is close to town so it was nice to be able to walk there plus there is a walking trail through the residential area that was fun to walk on. The convenience of the park entrance was great. Ron was great to work with and we will be definitely staying there again the next time we go to Yellowstone. Thank you Ron for the opportunity to stay in your condo.
Our family had a wonderful trip to Yellowstone in July. Ron went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of in all aspects of the condo. He even called to check on us after he heard the electricity went out in West Yellowstone one evening!! Very impressed with this owner! Condo was exactly as described and well stocked in all areas!!! Three old college friends got together for a few days to explore Yellowstone in September/October. Close access to the park was critical as lodging within the park was either booked or already out of season. As an alternative to booking rooms in a motel, we had the good fortune to connect with Ron and book this facility for our visit. It really made the trip top notch. The unit is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We brought groceries with us, purchased some in town and made good breakfasts every day and put together some nice lunches for our exploration in the park.
Overall, the unit served our needs perfectly, the owner Ron was extremely helpful - even calling upon our arrival to make sure we got into the unit okay and upon leaving, hoping we had a good time. He even had some good restaurant suggestions.
We stayed at the condo to with 3 adults and 2 teenagers in July 2016. The location is excellent, 3 minutes to the west entrance of Yellowstone park which we enjoyed immensely. The condo was cozy, with everything you might need, and spacious enough for all of us. I enjoyed sitting out back in the communal garden, and walking into town to the shops.
We stayed here with 3 teenagers and 2 couples as a home base to explore Yellowstone. We stopped at Idaho Falls on the drive in to load up on groceries. The condo was comfortable enough for all of us, but really we were only there in the mornings and then back for dinner. It was very well equipped, and the kitchen had some spices & herbs which was a huge plus for cooking dinners. It was very close to the entrance to the park, and because we left early each day had no problem with traffic. The town was perfect to walk around in the evening. The condo was neat and clean, in a very small & quite condo complex. This was a perfect location for the Yellowstone, and the condo overwhelmingly met our needs. I would definitely recommend this for day hikers. It is an easy location to get to, well equipped and comfy to come back to at night. Thank you Ron & Deb!
