This beautiful home is located directly on Lake Glenville. Whether it is peace and relaxation, or days filled with fun and adventure, White Squirrel Trail is the perfect destination for both. The charmingly casual Great Room has a wonderful wood burning fireplace for those cooler nights on the lake and a flat panel TV. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and opens up into the darling dining area. The dining table has seating for 5 plus a table bench. There is also a cute breakfast nook for your dining pleasure.

This is a three bedroom/two bathroom private home with a garage for extra parking. The Master bedroom is on the mail level and has a King size four post bed, flat panel TV and Master bath with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs on the lower level is a marvelous den area that has its own gas fireplace, TV, and screened-in lower deck. The first guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed, TV, and deck access. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, a TV, and deck access. The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom. Need some extra sleeping space? The sofas in the den pull out into twin beds.

There is a beautiful stone walkway leading down to the lake where you will find a seating area right at the water’s edge, and boat dock for you to enjoy. The home offers wireless internet access, wood burning fireplace, lower level gas fireplace, board games, garage parking and is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. This home will sleep up to 8 people.

This home is 3.40 mi from the Crossroads in Cashiers, 13.40 mi to Highlands, 59.60 mi to Asheville, 24.60 mi to Brevard and 27.30 mi to Sylva.

Needs work downstairs

The house was beautiful, but the downstairs bedrooms were damp and moldy, no dehumidifiers, the last few days there we had flying termites and crickets jumping around. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Upon notification of your issue, a pest termination appointment was immediately scheduled and the dehumidifier, which had stopped working downstairs, was repaired. We have also had an additional dehumidifier installed. Great Open floor plan

Loved our stay at this home. Beautifully decorated interior. We loved the large dining table for playing games every night. Good location to town. Spacious and clean equipped with everything you need. No canoe, but management company was nice when we mentioned there was no Bar B Que and sent someone over to give us a grill. Nice view of the lake. Would recommend this property for any family vacation!
