Welcome to Hampton Glen on the River! This three bedroom, three and half bathroom plus open loft town home can accommodate up to 8 people.

Located within minutes from Cashiers, you will enjoy the private setting from this end unit offering lots of windows for natural light.

On the main level, you will enjoy an open living space that offers a large flat panel TV with Satellite TV and gas log fireplace. Head out to the deck that offers an Electric BBQ Grill.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinets for storage. The dining area is between the living room and kitchen and offers seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen counter.

The main level also offers a half bathroom and a stacked washer/dryer.

Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a double bed and private bathroom with sliding walk in shower. Your master bedroom offers a king bed, flat panel TV with Satellite, his/hers closets and a nook. The master bathroom offers a jetted tub, his/hers sinks and glass door walk in shower.

The third level offers a loft space with two twin beds and reading chair.

Hampton Glen offers access to the Sapphire Valle Resort Amenities for a nominal fee of $2.00/person/day for a minimum of three days. Sapphire Valley Resort offers an indoor/outdoor pool, tennis, Golf, fitness center, horseback riding and more.

Will allow a 2 night minimum in off season and a 3 night minimum during the summer season.
