Enjoyed my stay in this apartment
I rented this apartment for the month of December and I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was equipped with everything I could possibly need. I even cooked two full holiday dinners for my family.
Manuela was really wonderful and assisted above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay in this place again if it is available.

Clean, organized, up to date and charming
Plus you couldn’t ask for a more perfect location in LA. For three weeks of my two month stay, I gave up the rental car and used public transportation. And Runyon Canyon affords some of the best people watching in town. Highly recommended.
Beautiful condo in a great location.
This is a beautifully maintained studio apartment that is quite large. The tasteful and comfortable sleeping area is separate from the living room and is almost like a separate room. The apartment has a full kitchen stocked with all the necessities needed.
The location is a short walk from Hollywood Avenue and all the popular Hollywood sites. Great fun!
Great location up against the Hollywood Hills just around the corner from Runyon Canyon. If you decide to stay, I would recommend the hike up the Canyon; fantastic views of Hollywood, downtown Los Angels, and the San Fernando Valley. On a clear day you will be able to see all the way out to the Pacific Ocean. The rental is very spacious and comfortable. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, dining area, comfortable living area, and loads of closet space. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the Murphy bed was, also. You'll have a 10 minute walk to the world famous Hollywood Blvd and all it's tourist attractions. Loads of great resturaunts all within walking distance; some of the best in LA. You can walk to Yamasuro's, the best Japenesse resturaunt in Los Angeles - it's locates right above the world famous Magic Castle.
There are only two things I'd recommend to the VRBO owner. That is, to professionally clean or replace the carpet. And, clean the outside of the windows; replace with new window would even be better - it is too nice a street view to not have nice looking windows. I would certainly have screens put on the windows in order to open them and let the outside Hollywood sounds in. Lots of energetic foot traffic to and from Runyon Canyon; animial lovers waking their dogs, and the like - not have a pleasant view through the windows is a downside.
I would have rated 5-stars if it were not for these few items.
If you do chose to stay, enjoy - my wife and I certainly did. We were there for 5 weeks.
I would like to add one more very positive item.... Manuela, the property manager, is extremely accommodating and a most pleasant person. The VRBO owner has a winner in Manuela.
Excellent studio experience!
The apartment was in excellent condition. We were met by Manuela, the wonderful property manager, who explained all we needed to know. All was written down as well, and Manuela was available for questions. Housekeepers came to clean up during stay, and it was spotless. Location is central to all one can do in LA and over the hill in Burbank. Close to Hollywood Blvd. and Hollywood Bowl. Works perfectly for both business and vacation visits around LA. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Great location, property exactly as described with easy access to food, freeways, and tourist destinations. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Just steps away from Runyon Canyon Park for hiking and city views, at walking distance from Hollywood Blvd & Walk of Fame with plenty of casual and fine-dining choices nearby, plus a grocery store down the street if you choose to cook. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of cooking gear, full stove, and refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Flat-Screen TV with Cable and DVD player, also FREE Wi-Fi Internet access is provided. Clean coin operated laundry facilities; Swimming pool and Jacuzzi access in the building, and covered garage parking (included in rate) are values you pay at hotels between $20 and $30 daily.
