Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this townhouse is sunny even in the dead of winter. It is attached to only one neighbor and you will enjoy it's cathedral, cedar ceilings in the living room and loft. While peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the snow plows and summer traffic, the condo is steps from a Red Line Shuttle Stop to the mountain. Beautifully upgraded bathrooms and kitchen along with lots of mountain and southwest art, will transport you into the Mammoth Lifestyle. The unit is spacious, offering a flat screen HD TV in the living room with cable TV and music , NETFLEX, DVD, VCR , WIFI, GAMES etc. The two downstairs bedrooms have cable TVs and DVDs. The master bedroom sports it's own vanity and sink area. Upstairs, the loft is airy with two european style windows for viewing Lincoln Mountain and the golf course. With high ceilings , the loft is large with no view from the downstairs living area.
Outside on the deck of our charming townhouse there is a new gas BBQ for your enjoyment.
Additionally, the 2 golf courses, restaurants and other businesses offer discounts off and on through out the year.

We had a great time over Christmas weekend, and we truly appreciate you allowing us to stay at your townhouse. We were able to make some wonderful memories with our family. The location is perfect for what we were doing (skiing, skating, and relaxing), and it truly has a home-like feel to it.
There is nothing bad I can say about this condo except that its the best and only place I'd rather be in Mammoth.$ for $ you get more bang for your buck here than any 5 star hotel.I say hotel shmotel stay at Sally's condo you can thank me later.P.S this condo is also Mocha approved(thats our little dog)
Over the past 23 summer vacations, our family of four, plus Dog, have spent 18 of them in Mammoth. We’ve stayed at several Pet Friendly units waiting to find the location that feels like home. Back in 2012 we were fortunate to have found Woodlands 26. Luck has struck again, we were able to book this unit for our August 2016 seven day summer vacation. The unit IS home away from home. The unit was clean. This is a Pet Friendly unit, and two of the four of us have allergies, but the unit was cleaned so well, you’d never guess it is Pet Friendly. There have been several upgrades since our last visit. New flooring, and granite countertop in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped enough to cook every night. We never ran into wishing there was more. UNPACK!!! No need to live out of your luggage, there’s plenty of storage. This is a townhouse complex, but the unit isn't compacted between other units. There is a serene and comfortable feeling of space. The unit is positioned in a way that allows for privacy from neighboring units – including from the attached townhouse, which isn't even visible from this unit – and is located deep enough within the complex that we couldn’t even hear passing vehicles. It felt as if we were in an unattached home. An early morning view out of the kitchen window of a Doe crossing the golf course with her four fawn was unforgettable. Just steps away from the front door is a convenient walking trail to take your dog on a soothing walk. Before checking out, our family gathered for opinions in the event there was anything any of us were disappointed about – silence all around. None of us could think of a thing to be disappointed with. When booking the unit several months earlier, we ran into internet connectivity issues. Sally, the owner, was very responsive and helpful, and resolved our booking issues immediately. With her open lines of communication, which isn’t the case with many other property owners, it felt like talking to an old friend. She made the entire process, including answering any pre-arrival questions, stress-free. She’s adorable. If you want to feel 'at home' at the end of a long day of biking, hiking, fishing, etc., we recommend coming ‘home’ to Woodlands 26. Other vacation rental owners could learn a thing or two staying here themselves. We would definitely CHOOSE to stay in Woodlands 26 again – and deal with Sally again.
We had a great time at Woodlands 26 while enjoying all the activities the Eastern Sierra has to offer. Very comfortable and homey and a big plus to be able to bring our dog! We'll definitely return!
I had a wonderful stay at the woodlands 26. I really enjoyed the solitude and quiet atmosphere of the property. The view of the surrounding mountains was spectacular. I found the place to be clean and spacious. I also liked the on site jacuzzi to relax in after a day of hiking and fishing. The outdoor grill was also a bonus for cooking the trout we caught during our stay. It is centrally located near shops, restaurants and other amenities that the town of Mammoth has to offer. I will definitely try to return to this awesome place in the future.
Nice, quiet and well-kept home away from home. Have stayed at this unit (#26) in the Woodlands several times over the past 15 years and always end up returning there again. New flooring on the main level and granite countertops in the kitchen are a nice touch. Love the balcony, bbq and ample firewood for the fireplace. Hiked the entire Mammoth rock loop trail from the condo...about 6-miles. Love that I didn't need to drive my car to go on a nice hike! Didn't have much luck fishing at a few local lakes...but I will be back soon to try again!
Our townhouse is located ON the golfcourse. IT IS WALKING DISTANCE TO RESTAURANTS , GROCERIES, SHOPS ETC. YET. IT IS SECLUDED WITH A WALKING PATH DIRECTLY OUTSIDE THE DOOR. bUS SERVICE TO LIFTS AND EVERYWHERE RIGHT OUTSIDE ENTRANCE TO COMPLEX

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE PLEASE contact me for your specific vacation date rates. All returning guests will be a discount except on holidays . If your party is under 3 people you will be given a discount if it is not a holiday.
. 5% of rental rate will not be refunded if you cancel after funds have been taken by credit card co. No discounts for 7 or more guests. $45.00 pet fee per pet. 1 pet allowed during the winter and 2 pets during the remaining part of the year. $150.00 damage deposit charged on all reservations. We have a personal rental agreement that must be filled out and signed by all guests. Children under 2 years old are not considered in the 8 head count for full occupancy. From Dec 1, 2016 until March 15, 2017 we do not allow split weekends unless you are staying for 4 days.
