Comfortable lovely home close to everything!

  • 5 of 5

This is our second time staying at Elizabeth's lovely, well appointed home. Everything one could need is there in a comfortable, immaculate house. It was just perfect for our visit to family in Summerland. We even hosted a dinner one night. We will definitely be back!

Owner's Response: It was so nice to see you again, Peggy! I am glad that you took advantage of the patio by hosting a dinner party...that is what it is there for. I hope to see you again soon.

Beautiful and comfortable home with everything you might need

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Summerland. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. We really appreciated it when Elizabeth contacted us to ask if we wanted a crib and high-chair set up for our baby (which we did, and our baby was thrilled to finally have a comfortable place to sleep). The kitchen was completely stocked. Our kids loved the outdoor and indoor toys provided. We would definitely return.

This property was A+

  • 5 of 5

I chose this property because it was close to town and had some charm. What I wasn't expecting was a beautiful property (and owner) with many extras. The place was impeccable. Clean. Quiet. Quaint. It had lovely outdoor seating areas and pretty views from the front. The house was sweet and there was plenty of room for five. Every nook and cranny was filled with card games. Books. Or beautiful nick nacks. It's close to all the local restaurants. Wineries. Coffee shops. Groceries and the beach. The owner was relaxed and flexible. We didn't want to leave. Definitely a ten on the VRBO. Book now and enjoy.

Incredible home & host!

  • 5 of 5

Elizabeth's home was the perfect combination of charming, comfortable and convenient. The house is stocked with everything you could ever imagine needing (and things you didn't even know you needed!). I stayed with 7 friends for a weekend getaway in celebration of my sister's upcoming wedding. We had so much fun exploring the Summerland (hiking up Giant's head... walking through town...) and the surrounding areas! The main reason we wanted to book a vacation home rental is because it's so much more comfortable than a hotel, and this home embodies everything we were looking for, and more! On top of the charming amenities, Elizabeth is the most welcoming host and gives you your much needed space but also provides help and direction wherever needed. Incredible find!

The BEST!!

  • 5 of 5

To accommodate family from out of province for a wedding, we rented three houses in Summerland, and this was by far the best equipped, enjoyable and like it's called "Charming". Owners were friendly, helpful and very very accommodating! A true home away from home...how many rental units have a breadmaker and flour to make your own bread?

Park View Heritage House, Summerland, B.C.

  • 5 of 5

We, (our family) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park View Heritage House in Summerland, British Columbia June 28 to July 2, 2013. We found the house and premises to be as advertised and beyond. The property was clean and well maintained as well. We have no hesitation in recommending this place others and indeed would rent it again in a heartbeat.
