A Minnesota Lake Gem!

  • 5 of 5

From start to finish, Wendy and Gary could not have been more accommodating and informative. Since this was our first time with VRBO, we started with the best. The home was pristine with beautiful window views of the woods, bathrooms with every bedroom, and a kitchen state of the art. The finished basement with games and bar lead outside to fire pit and hot tub. The pontoon took us through the gorgeous chain of lakes with bald eagle nest viewings and sights to last us a lifetime. Many memories made with our family and would highly recommend.

Amazing cabin and family vacation

  • 5 of 5

Every year our family, my husband and myself, our two children, my in-laws and brother-in-law, vacation in the Brainerd area. This year we chose Wendy's cabin. What an amazing cabin! It was by far the best place we've stayed yet. The cabin itself is beautiful and spacious with so many amenities. Just a short distance to the water...caught so many fish! The kids already asked to come back next yet! We had an amazing week - many great memories made at the cabin that week. Worth every penny.

Family time

  • 5 of 5

Awesome accomodations provided for 10 of us plus a toddler. Three floors of living space allowed for privacy for three separate couples and our grandchildren. Close to town, close to the water, nice pontoon available for rental, beautiful weather, and great fishing for walleye, bass, crappie, and pike on the chain of lakes! Wonderful family vacation with all the conveniences of home! The golf cart was a bonus for getting down to the water with coolers and fishing gear! Wendy and Gary were very nice people to work with!

Annual Family Summer Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Our family had an amazing week at the cabin! We all agreed it was the most relaxing vacation we've had so far. Beautiful views from the wrapping deck, and plenty of room within the cabin; unlike other places we've stayed in the past, we were ALL able to sit down together at the table for meals, which was really nice! Location was great; quiet road, walking paths, and a short drive into town if needed. Thanks for sharing your cabin and helping us create wonderful memories!

Hideaway amoung the trees and lakes

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I have stayed at Wendy's cabin multiple times over the last few years. We have enjoyed the summer, fall and winter seasons. Each time we are pleased with the cleanliness of the property, the ability to enjoy the indoors and outdoors (screened in deck), and especially the hot tub overlooking the bluff and water. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Clean, good sized rooms, fireplace, fully functional kitchen with stove, microwave, and multiple ovens.

The fireplace is especially nice during the fall and winter to just cozy up and read a book or play a game.

It is a nice walk down to the dock and there is always plenty of wildlife to see (deer, squirrels, birds, beaver, and fish). It is easy to get into town for groceries, meals, gas.

I highly recommend Wendy and her cabin.

Definately a "10"

  • 5 of 5

Our group of seven "mature" adults spent one wonderful week at the Tully cabin in Crosslake. We have been vacationing at private rentals for years and all agree this was one of our favorite places. Wendy was very prompt and helpful in answering phone calls and emails regarding the rental and Crosslake area. She was even kind enough to provide great weather for the entire week! :-)

The cabin itself, situated in a quiet, woodsy area, was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and even more spacious then the pictures would suggest. Cleaning, laundry, cooking and paper products were provided, a first in our experience!

The Crosslake area provided activities to satisfy the various interests of the individuals in our group including fishing (we caught enough panfish for a plentiful fish fry), golf, biking, shopping and a casino nearby. Two of us were able to fulfill "bucket list" items: a visit to the Mississippi River headwaters and a one day/100mile bike ride.

This rental far surpassed our expectations and is highly recommended!
