In 1989 my father became a dialysis patient and this property was purchased and the house built because of it's closeness to medical care. My father was a believer in large closets in every room . In thr center of Old Sarasota and is close to everything Sarasota has to offer.
Sarasota is, in my opinion, the most unique city in FL because of it's smaller size with more activities than most of the larger cities.
