Imagine yourself relaxing on your private balcony drinking in the breathtaking beauty of the Gulf of Mexico. This 16th floor Teeming Vacation Rental is the perfect perch to take in the seemingly endless stretch of gleaming white sand and glistening blue water of the award-winning Clearwater Beach coastline. And if it looks inviting, within minutes you can be digging your toes in the sugar white sand! Meander barefoot collecting seashells along with memories, or lounge by the pool soaking up some famous Florida sunshine.

This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect place to experience the acclaimed area beaches and beach towns. The family room has access to the balcony along with a beautiful view of the coast. It is furnished with a comfy, leather love seat and queen size sleeper sofa, 40" flat screen TV and dining room set. Mexican tile flows through the family room, entry way and kitchen. The kitchen, along with being fully equipped, offers a lovely view of the Intracoastal Waterway.

The master bedroom has a coastal feel with a view to match! Sliders allow for both an incredible view and access to the balcony. It features a king size bed with cool, refreshing colors, all new linens, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and adjoining bath. The master bath has a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds, all new linens, a flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. (Considering the sleeper sofa, this unit can sleep up to eight.) The hallway bath is equipped with a shower.

To add to the comfort of your beach vacation, this unit provides an assigned parking space, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and free long distance in the US and Canada. There is a washer & dryer located on the same floor as the unit.

The Landmark Towers Complex is located in the highly prized Sand Key area, offering views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway. The property is near the Sheraton Sand Key Resort and Sand Key Marriott, the renowned Columbia Restaurant, and other quaint shops & restaurants. Although situated on a more secluded beach, it is less than a mile (over a bridge with pedestrian/bike path) to Clearwater Beach which was recently voted the Best Beach Town in the US. Sand Key Park is also within walking distance. In addition to a prime location, this complex offers terrific resort amenities like a beachfront heated pool and spa, tennis courts, shuffleboard, gas grill and 24 hour security.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

Great vacation, excellent weather

Nice location, beautiful view from this16th floor condo. The property was very clean but the flooring needs to be upgraded. We had some concerns but Jeff and Gina took care of them immediately. The trolley is just across the street which took us to some fine restaurants at Clearwater Beach.

wonderful trip

We loved our trip to landmark towers. The condo was clean and just as advertised . The location is perfect. The complex is totally safe and secure and the grounds are maintained perfectly. The few small problems we had were taken care of promptly and professionally(George and Jeff were particularly We would return in a heartbeat.helpful).

Great location on the beach

Great location, great balcony to sit and look at the ocean. They have all the things needed to praise down to beach and enjoy the day. Very comfy inside too!! I stayed there while working 6 weeks and it made it even better:)

Tranquil Getaway

My family felt very secure in this complex with security on duty 24/7. We had lots of fun in the pool, playing tennis and walks to the beach was an easy access. This complex has a great location because of the beach access, beach views and several great restaurants in walking distance right across the street. The nights were quite and relaxing listening to waves crashing on the beach on the large balconey. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Most amazing family vacation to date!!!

Most amazing,fun,beautiful and relaxing vacation ever!!!!! Land Mark Towers is situated perfectly on Sand Key Beach. So, you have the calm atmosphere of being on a private beach but just a mile away you can be in the fun of Clearwater!!!

The Condo itself was just perfect for our family!! We can't wait to go back!!!!!
