The Unique Benefits at this Condo: You'll find that being in Bigwood allows you to be close enough to town, but in a more woodsy and residential neighborhood that is quiet and beautiful. During the winter, areas for snow play are quite close. In the summer, bike paths are close. What is unique about our condo is that it has a more modern feel while still reflecting the mountains and beauty of Mammoth. We've been coming to Mammoth for 16 years and finally bought a place of our own. It's an amazing place, both in winter and summer, and we know you'll have a great time.
WE REQUIRE A FRIDAY/SATURDAY NIGHT STAY FOR ALL WINTER WEEKENDS. NO CHECK IN ON SATURDAY ALLOWED.

Kelley Barton purchased this condo in 2010
This condo does not share any walls with other units, no one above or below. Great views of the pool and jacuzi, short amount of stairs, garage right underneath. That's why we chose it, along with the nice view of the Sherwins and lots of bright sunlight through the windows.
Our condo is a blend of rustic and modern. Its much different from the folksy and cute decor many in Mammoth have.

I would describe this condo as “Rustic Modern.” Its high open-beam ceilings and rough hewn timber beams are offset with new modern furnishings, steel architectural details and up-to-date electronics. The condo has 3 large flat-screen TVs each with their own cable boxes and WiFi, Bring your X-Box or Wi and plug and play. This condo feels more like a home than a condo because it has no adjoining or shared walls with other units and garage parking is directly below the unit. The wood fireplace is extremely efficient and warms the condo wonderfully and quickly along with other mini heaters in each room. The view of surrounding peaks is spectacular and because the complex is heavily wooded you feel like you are in a forest retreat, while being only minutes from downtown Mammoth. This condo is perfect for 2 adults or great for a slumber party of 10. It is extremely close to the Jacuzzi so those late night dashes back to the condo through the snow are quick. The dining room table opens up to fit 4-6 people comfortably and the breakfast bar can hold 3 to 4 people. The kitchen is small yet quite functional with microwave, refrigerator freezer, oven, electric cook-top, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The complex has it’s own bulldozer so plowing the roads and driveways start early so you can get to the slopes at opening. This is a wonderful, functional, comfortable, cozy, and private condo. I highly recommend it!
To start Kelley is amazing. She is so helpful in all aspects. The home is so warm and welcoming. There is nothing that they missed. I am a HomeAway customer and have stayed at multiple places and this by far was my favorite. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for my family of five. We enjoyed it so much it was hard to leave.
The condo was great, slept 6 comfortably. Five minute walk to the brewery and downtown. The place is very nice, and price very reasonable. I do an annual trip to mammoth and hope to stay here again. Kelly was great in answering any questions.
This was a very cozy home away from home. All the things we needed were there. Close proximity to all that Mammoth has to offer. Kelly kept in touch with us from the begining until the end, always making sure were were ok. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect for families...young and old! All the amenities you can think of. Located right next to pool/office. Great for R&R or non stop action...you decide! host is an excellent communicator with very detail instructions preparing you for your trip. Thanks again!
We stayed at this rental for 3 days and had an absolute blast. I surprised my wife with a trip to Mammoth for her birthday and we brought the whole family up. The rooms were very spacious and well kept. The house was warm during our entire stay. We had everything that we needed and felt so rested afterwards. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
Well appointed unit just perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids under 8. Easy access to the pool, spa, and laundry. All of Mammoth is convenient. We went mountain biking, bowling, shopping, out to eat, and used the bike path. Thank you for the clear and quick communication both before and during our stay.
