Trouble getting into the property to begin with, burn Mark's over the kitchen sides cupboard doors coming off in the kitchen, one tea towel, not enough cutlery and dishes, the towels and bedding were dirty, if I paid someone to clean I would expect it to be done properly, the sofas in the lounge are all torn through wear, I moved the sofa to sweep under it and the floor was sticky and filthy, the pool outside was blocked and didn't work properly had to wait 5 days till the pool man came to clean it, the slabs are loose and coming away the children had a few accidents because of these, the enclosure around the pool was ripped and broken , one of the plastic chairs was cracked and my grandson caught his skin in there. Couldn't empty the bins properly as they weren't big enough, I could go on and on I have taken photos and will send them to you, my first american holiday and was extremely disappointed
Sounds like you did have a bad holiday, and we are very sorry to hear that. Not sure how all those things happened all to you and your family , but we do wish you a happier holiday next time. Though we can not guarantee everything is new as the rental houses do get lots of wear and tear, we have checked the house in details and made changes and upgrades where we can for better experience for the future guests. Regular maintenance and repair is always done, upgrades are also done periodically.

The home we rented was acceptable. The lowest temperature we could get the rented home was 78. Instructions explained how to lower temperature but then the thermostats had lock boxes. Which meant couldn't change the settings. Manager said all preset temp sorry couldn't help. Spoke on several occasions about the facility having a water park. The major selling point for renting the home was the water park, but the whole week that we rented the home the water park was closed. We went with 9 children 7 years old and younger, the manger said to use the other amenities. If we were informed the water park was going to be closed, we would never of chose this facility. Very disappointed in the whole experience. I don't think we will ever rent from home away again, we will continue to use hotels. We believe a hotel would of been more helpful in the situation.

AC is set to 72, not 78 as written in this review. Local property management company sets it to 72 for all the houses they manage.
Water park closure was due to urgent situation and it is decided by the resort.
Rental house may not be the best option for everyone, but obviously a pretty good choice for this party of 16 considering the huge savings from hotel rooms and all the extra amenities rental house provides.
Hope you have a better experience next time.
Great place to stay
House was great. Only issue we had was there were no hot pot holders. Pool at the house was great. And the water park was exceptional! Very safe neighborhood.

It was a nice area and great location. Furniture and appliances outdated. Refrigerator freezer in kitchen did not work. Ice cream was milk. Luckily freezer in garage. Water went out Tuesday night and we did not get back on until Wednesday. So no showers Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. Which is makes me very cranky and feel disgusting.
