Winter visitor to Marco since 1975. Parents ( deceased) owned this property. My three boys grew up during winter visits throughout 80-90's.
My wife and I came to Marco as boy/girlfriend when Marco was a sand dune. Watched Marco grow and mature. Live in CT and ME, plan to winter in Marco one day. LOVE THIS PLACE...VERY WELCOMING AND COMFORTABLE.

Two floor, garden style condos surrounding a large pool
(biggest on Marco). We like to swim laps. Ground floor, two bedroom with easy access. On site laundry and storage areas. A very short walk, approx. 1/4 mile to Beach access, marina near and fishing to 7 miles of sand. Super location in the center of everything. Nice restaurants near. Quiet at night with great SW evening sunsets from front porch. A great spot for a drink. Check out Google satellite to see the setup.
Olympic size swimming pool, gardens and landscaping, friendly and social neighbors, weekly events at pool cabana. In 2012 we purchased new furniture, new beds and bedding, new bathroom supplies and all new kitchen appliances. We installed three new AC units. Ceramic tile floors throughout and new curtains, new paint walls and ceilings, new windows and doors. Very nice and clean unit. We take personal pride in this site and use it in the off-season.

50% DEPOSIT for rental fee is non refundable it is PAID to secure your dates (we cannot hold dates without deposit being paid) then next 50% rental fee must be paid 2 months prior to arrival.
A $200.00 added security deposit-will be refunded if no issues. Thank you for your understanding.
