From Fox Pointe at Redstone, you are just a short three (3) mile drive to Canyons Resort – Utah’s Largest Ski Resort – and only five (5) miles away from Park City’s Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort.
Nestled in the vibrant and lively Redstone village, this spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo offers every amenity imaginable. The living room is open and fully modernized with vaulted ceilings, industrial hardwood flooring and floor to ceiling windows to allow for natural sunlight to enter and warm the home all day long. The living room invites guests to settle down and relax in plush leather furniture and comfortable lounge chairs. The family room is also equipped with a fireplace, 42” HDTV, and custom stained glass lamps. The sofa converts to a queen sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests.
The newly remodeled kitchen was designed with style and function in mind. It is the perfect place to prepare meals at home for a quiet night in or to host a larger group for an evening of fun and entertainment. Cooks will love the granite countertops, attractive oak cabinetry, travertine tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave, oven & stove, dishwasher, numerous small appliances and a full range of cookware and flatware to prepare any meal you have in mind. The kitchen also features a small breakfast bar area with seating for two (2) that is perfect for a quick meal in the morning or offers as additional seating when hosting. in Addition there is a cozy table for (3) in the kitchen area. Located just off the kitchen is a separate laundry room, equipped with a full washer and dryer.
The formal dining area is located next to the kitchen with seating for six (6) and offers access to the outside patio area, so Guests can choose to dine inside or out. The open patio is equipped with seating for six (6) and a full Weber BBQ Grill. On the main floor there is also a half bathroom with vanity and toilet.
As you head upstairs to the second floor, you will encounter a large landing area with the master bedroom on the right and the two guest bedrooms on the left.
The spacious master bedroom features a queen size bed – complete with luxury linens and bedding – large dresser, floor to ceiling windows with sliding glass doors, 30” HDTV, walk-in closet complete with shelving & dresser and a private en suite bathroom. The fully renovated and large master bath has been customized with black granite countertops, his & hers vanity, oversized jetted bathtub, stainless steel fixtures & finishing’s with lots of the cabinet space. There is also a walk-in stone tiled shower and a separate toilet area.
The second bedroom, also located on the second floor, makes guests feel at home with two twin beds, large closet and an oversized floor to ceiling window. The third bedroom, again on the second floor, is designed to fit with the ski town atmosphere and has a full-size bed, a twin bed, large closet and a flat screen TV, making the room comfortable and enjoyable to share.
The guest bathroom, which is shared by the two guest bedrooms, features a single vanity with granite countertop, stone tile flooring, full size bathtub and shower.

This townhome is absolutely perfect!!! Beautifully decorated and perfect location!! We felt right at home and did not want to leave. More than enough room for 6 of us and we had family and friends visit as well. We were able to gather inside and out on the patio, which was great for barbecuing! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots & pans, etc. The location of this townhome is ideal. The kids walked to the movie theater and restaurants located just next to the property; grocery store was there as well. Close to downtown Park City and easy access to SLC. There is a great walking path right next to the property and the neighbors were very friendly. We cannot wait to stay here again! Booking was extremely easy and uncomplicated. Thank you so much for sharing your home. We have made wonderful family memories there!
This place is hard to beat! We were very happy with the property and the complete experience from start to finish.
The whole place was in very good condition and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. We utilize VRBO listings several times a year and this is a topnotch unit and would definitely stay here again when we visit the area. Also, would like to comment on how easy it was to use the public transportation system throughout the area. We arrived via shuttle from SLC airport and utilized the free transit system to head into the downtown area and Historic Main Street.
From this great place, you just have to walk 1 minute to access shopping, restaurants, groceries and the movie theater. Can't thank the management company enough for also seeing to our special requests before we arrived. Our family (and friends who visited) would definitely recommend this Park City dwelling to anyone looking for a great vacation.
Finally, I have found the perfect perch in Park City; a charming, private multi-level condo, just a short drive from Main Street Park City & Deer Valley. This property is well appointed with comfortable furnishings, a great open kitchen and large family living room. Services were provided by a professional rental management company who really cared about our experience and we appreciated their attention to detail.
I would have to agree with the majority of past Guests that this place is great, the service is personalized and the experience was memorable. We did have minimal construction going on in the area, while we were there, but we were well informed ahead of our initial reservation and it wasn't anything to fuss over once we were there.
I saw that another Guest, Billie K, visited the place after our stay and I feel obligated to refute their ridiculous review. I am shocked that Billie K and her compatriots felt compelled to swindle (or as they say, negotiate) money from the Owner after their 'month-long' stay. To say nothing, until after they left, sounds like a scam to me! To eat the whole plate of food and then complain of it's 'off-taste' is certainly suspect. They revealed themselves as difficult & calculating and I feel bad for management, as it appears (and they too said) they were very willing to appease and look after the Guest before, during and after their stay. From Billie K’s own admission, they were given the option to move (when they expressed their level of 'distress' and ‘dissatisfaction’) by management and they chose not to. Now they are coming back and blaming someone else for their decision.
The bottom line is that from my family's personal experience at this property and from the care & services provided to us by management, we really look forward to returning to this property and wholeheartedly give this home a strong 5-star rating!
We had a mixed reaction to this property over our one-month stay. First, while we found the property manager to be responsive, during the reservation process they were not honest with us, or they had been misinformed, about an important issue.
Before commenting about that, we found the condo furnishings to be comfortable and the space was reasonably clean. We did think some linen and certain supplies were more limited than other VRBO properties where we've had month-long stays. Also, the second bathroom's shower did not function well.
We did not raise these issues with the property manager until after our stay as our primary complaint was about the disappointing environment we found at Fox Point.
When we made our reservation, the manager informed us there was a construction project going on related to replacing decorative stonework on the exterior of buildings. We were assured that work would be completed by August.
However, when we arrived in September, we found construction vehicles and equipment, commercial dumpsters and a variety of building materials stacked up and lining the streets within the development.
Construction work continued throughout our stay. While there were challenges driving and walking through the development because of that, worse by far was the noise. We were awakened every weekday at 7:30 AM by the sound of construction vehicles and equipment, metal ladders being extended against buildings and workers shouting at one another.
When we contacted the manager to complain about the extent of the work going on, and the impact it would have on our stay, they offered to move us. However, we'd had a very tiring and stressful drive to Park City. Spending an undetermined number of days looking for alternative housing, and if found, re-packing and moving would have added to our fatigue and frustration.
While we negotiated a $500 refund from the owner to address our dissatisfaction, the construction work greatly diminished the enjoyment of our stay. We departed four days ahead of schedule having had enough. Without question, had we been fully informed about the extent and duration of the work being done at Fox Point, we would not have booked this stay.
The condo pictures are not as good as being there! The views from the patio, while enjoying breakfast or an evening BBQ are amazing! It had all the comforts of home including plush furniture, large HDTVs, fireplace, walk-in closet & a fully renovated gourmet kitchen. The townhouse also had fast Wi-Fi service – a necessity really. I'd certainly recommend this property and the services of iTrip Park City. We'll be going back to stay!
We’ve stayed at a few properties managed by Park City Vacation Properties – iTrip.net and this was again, the best vacation yet! We choose to use their services for many reasons, but the key for us is responsive customer service – whether with booking, last minute or special requests – trust of the brand and immaculate properties. The home is well designed and we really appreciated all the amenities & features of the home including the huge master bedroom, rainfall shower, jetted tub, gourmet kitchen and mountain interior. Thank you for looking after us so well, my family had another great winter vacation in Park City, Utah and we look forward to our next trip this winter!
