Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico coast in Orange Beach, AL. The stretch of property in front of Phoenix VI has one of the most beautiful white sand beaches you will ever see. Listen to the waves and watch dolphins swimming in the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Phoenix VI unit 610 is located on the 6th floor overlooking the pool and beach. This unit is privately owned and is only available for rental to those who will value it as much as we do. Each bedroom has king size beds and separate bathrooms. They also each have a 32 in. Flat screen TV with DVD players. The master bedroom is located on the gulf side of the condo. The living room & master bedroom have a direct view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico thru their sliding glass door which accesses the large balcony.

Tons of upgrades to this great condo on the beach:

New tile floors in living room and bedrooms, new granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, upgraded maple cabinets and window treatments.

Our unit offers some great features:

Full size stackable washer/dryer, inside and outside dining tables, bedrooms have king size beds and private baths, living room has queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms.

The Phoenix VI community offers:

A large poolside fitness center, direct beach access, large outdoor pool with plenty of chairs and tables, 8 poolside grills, large indoor heated pool with 3 Jacuzzi, men and women dry sauna's, multiple tennis courts, racketball court, and basketball goal, huge air conditioned lobby with TV game/reading areas overlooking the pool. And plenty of parking, all in a beautifully palm tree landscaped setting.

We also have a 1BR/1BA unit at the Tidewater Condominium that is adjacent to the Phoenix VI Condominium that has a lot of the same amenities with lower rates, if you are interested. The VRBO Listing number is 266498.

Golf: State Park Course, Gulf Shores Golf Club (Special rates available-call for details), The Peninsula, Kiva Dunes, Craft Farms, Lost Key, Soilders Creek, to name a few.

Marinas (Fishing/Siteseeing Charters)- Zeke's (across street), San Rock Cay, Orange Beach Marina, Bear Point Marina, to name a few. There is also Non Charter Fishing (AL Saltwater Licence Required)- surf fishing all along the beach, State Park Fishing Pier, Alabama Point Bulfhead fishing under Bridge.

Groceries- Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart Neighborhood Market are all within a couple miles of the condo.

Movie theaters- The Rave Motion Theater &Pinnacle 14.

Tourist attractions: Adventure Island (Minature Golf), Waterville (Wave Pool and Water Park), The Trac (Go Carts), Happy Harbor (pontoon and other boat rentals), Gulf State Park Zipline, Parasailing and Waverunner Rentals on the Beach.

DINING- Cobalts, Shrimp Basket, J. W. Finz, Wolf Bay Lodge, Louisiana Lagniappe;s, Grazie's, Steamer to name a few all within 1 mile of condo.

My husband and I are originally from Tennessee. We moved to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area 12 years ago after vacationing here for over 15 years. We loved the area so much that we even got married and spent our honeymoon in Gulf Shores. With the white sandy beaches, fishing, boating, golf, and family atmosphere Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is the perfect place to vacation.

What makes this condo unique

We choose this property because of the great views of the white sandy beach and perdido pass inlet in Orange Beach, AL The views from the master bedroom, living room, and balcony are all absolutely beautiful. The complex is across the street from Zeke's Marina where some of the best fishing charters in the area can be taken. The complex has enough amenities to keep us happy in both good and bad weather.

New Favorite!

My family has visited the OB/Perdido area many, many times in the last 25 years, and I've rented condos of all shapes, sizes, and locations over the years. Some places are covered in cheesy decor and go cheap on everything from furniture to electronics, but this one really feels more like a home away from home. It was apparent that the owners take pride in it. The 2nd bedroom, which I expected to be cramped, was very large and had its own bathroom in the suite. It was also located far enough from the living area that it felt more private than most others I've seen. The master bedroom and living room have awesome views of the gulf, the pool and grilling areas are easy to see from the balcony, the kitchen is well-equipped, the wood-look tile floors are more attractive than regular square ceramic tile and easy to keep clean from the sand that inevitably makes its way inside. The beach is easy to access, the outdoor pool is huge so it never felt crowded, and when the sun got to us we simply walked a very short distance to the indoor pool! The staff at the building were friendly, even the other guests we crossed paths with were outgoing and friendly. Everyone was happy all week long! This was probably the best vacation I've had in 10 years. Thank you for sharing it with us, Leigh!

Great 2BR with 2 King Beds

This condo was a great find! Rare to find a 2BR, 2BA with a King bed in each room. Stayed three nights during August 2016. The unit is very nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. All rooms recently updated and beds very comfortable although pillows a little flat for my liking. The owner suggest to contact them if we needed anything so sent a text requesting extra towels and within an hour they were delivered - a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this unit as it is perfect for two couples traveling together or even a family of four to six. Located on the beach with great views. Thank you Leigh and Ed!!!

Great view of the ocean!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as described. We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely book with the owners again! I highly recommend this condo!

Very disappointed

Was somewhat disappointed ! Wasn't as clean as it should have been. Wouldn't even use the coffee maker because it was not clean.Had to wash the pink wine glasses because they had lipstick marks on them.Beds both squeeze real bad just turning over. So glad we went to buy our own bed sheets.Had to buy your own parking passes after being told we would have them there for us.Was disappointed!!

Owner's Response: Our parking policy changed at the beginning of the year. At that time, we sent all of our 2016 guests who had made reservations, a letter updating them of this policy change. Our housekeeper cleans after every guest and we do a deep clean twice a year. We have contacted our housekeeper of the concerns expressed in this review. We will investigate the "squeeze" issue regarding the beds. We have been in the condo rental business for 6 years. This is our first negative review. We make our contact information very accessible. We encourage our guests to call us during their stay if there is anything that does not meet their expectations.

Breathtakingly Gorgeous!

I can't say enough about what a fabulous time we are having. The condo is perfect and has anything and everything we could possibly need. It is clean and very pretty. The view is unbelievable. The owners made everything so simple and easy. The condo is close to everything. It was more than I even imagined. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the area!

Our rental property is directly on the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach, AL. Across the street are two marinas that have charter fishing boats for deep sea fishing trips, along with dolphin site-seeing trips, and catamaran/pirate boat site-seeing trips. To the west is Gulf Shores with the AL State Park Fishing Pier, Zip Line Course, Go Cart Trac, Waterville Water Park and multiple mini golf courses, To the east is the Pensacola Naval Museum, Johnson Beach, the FloraBama Lounge, etc. To the north is Tanger Outlet shopping. All around are great restaurants and golf courses. Directly on the beach during season are parasailing and jet ski rentals.
