Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico coast in Orange Beach, AL. The stretch of property in front of Phoenix VI has one of the most beautiful white sand beaches you will ever see. Listen to the waves and watch dolphins swimming in the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Phoenix VI unit 610 is located on the 6th floor overlooking the pool and beach. This unit is privately owned and is only available for rental to those who will value it as much as we do. Each bedroom has king size beds and separate bathrooms. They also each have a 32 in. Flat screen TV with DVD players. The master bedroom is located on the gulf side of the condo. The living room & master bedroom have a direct view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico thru their sliding glass door which accesses the large balcony.

Tons of upgrades to this great condo on the beach:

New tile floors in living room and bedrooms, new granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, upgraded maple cabinets and window treatments.

Our unit offers some great features:

Full size stackable washer/dryer, inside and outside dining tables, bedrooms have king size beds and private baths, living room has queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms.

The Phoenix VI community offers:

A large poolside fitness center, direct beach access, large outdoor pool with plenty of chairs and tables, 8 poolside grills, large indoor heated pool with 3 Jacuzzi, men and women dry sauna's, multiple tennis courts, racketball court, and basketball goal, huge air conditioned lobby with TV game/reading areas overlooking the pool. And plenty of parking, all in a beautifully palm tree landscaped setting.

Golf: State Park Course, Gulf Shores Golf Club (Special rates available-call for details), The Peninsula, Kiva Dunes, Craft Farms, Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, to name a few.

Marinas (Fishing/Siteseeing Charters)- Zeke's (across street), San Rock Cay, Orange Beach Marina, Bear Point Marina, to name a few. There is also Non Charter Fishing (AL Saltwater License Required)- surf fishing all along the beach, State Park Fishing Pier, Alabama Point Bulkhead fishing under Bridge.

Groceries- Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart Neighborhood Market are all within a couple miles of the condo.

Movie theaters- The Rave Motion Theater &Pinnacle 14.

My husband and I are originally from Tennessee. We moved to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area 12 years ago after vacationing here for over 15 years. We loved the area so much that we even got married and spent our honeymoon in Gulf Shores. With the white sandy beaches, fishing, boating, golf, and family atmosphere Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is the perfect place to vacation.

We chose this property because of the great views of the white sandy beach and perdido pass inlet in Orange Beach, AL The views from the master bedroom, living room, and balcony are all absolutely beautiful. The complex is across the street from Zeke's Marina where some of the best fishing charters in the area can be taken. The complex has enough amenities to keep us happy in both good and bad weather.

Our rental property is directly on the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach, AL. Across the street are two marinas that have charter fishing boats for deep sea fishing trips, along with dolphin site-seeing trips, and catamaran/pirate boat site-seeing trips. To the west is Gulf Shores with the AL State Park Fishing Pier, Zip Line Course, Go Cart Trac, Waterville Water Park and multiple mini golf courses, To the east is the Pensacola Naval Museum, Johnson Beach, the FloraBama Lounge, etc. To the north is Tanger Outlet shopping. All around are great restaurants and golf courses. Directly on the beach during season are parasailing and jet ski rentals.

My family has visited the OB/Perdido area many, many times in the last 25 years, and I've rented condos of all shapes, sizes, and locations over the years. Some places are covered in cheesy decor and go cheap on everything from furniture to electronics, but this one really feels more like a home away from home. It was apparent that the owners take pride in it. The 2nd bedroom, which I expected to be cramped, was very large and had its own bathroom in the suite. It was also located far enough from the living area that it felt more private than most others I've seen. The master bedroom and living room have awesome views of the gulf, the pool and grilling areas are easy to see from the balcony, the kitchen is well-equipped, the wood-look tile floors are more attractive than regular square ceramic tile and easy to keep clean from the sand that inevitably makes its way inside. The beach is easy to access, the outdoor pool is huge so it never felt crowded, and when the sun got to us we simply walked a very short distance to the indoor pool! The staff at the building were friendly, even the other guests we crossed paths with were outgoing and friendly. Everyone was happy all week long! This was probably the best vacation I've had in 10 years. Thank you for sharing it with us, Leigh!

Fun vacation for all!

The condo was awesome. It was equipped with everything we needed. Watching the dolphins every day was amazing. The condo was clean and the convenience of the washer and dryer was a plus. Loved the keyless entry, no digging around for a key. Very close to restaurants, shopping, groceries. We enjoyed spending evenings watching the fishing boats come onto the bay area. Lots of sand dollars and shells found. Large outdoor pool. 3 hot tubs, indoor pool. Met lots of new friends. Never had a problem finding a parking spot.

This is the best condo I have stayed in Orange Beach. The owners were very thoughtful with the items they included in the condo. They communicated with me very well when I had a question. Everything was clean, and it was in great shape. I would definitely stay at this condo again in the future!
