A few steps..and you're at the beautiful Playa Azul Beach!

Very nice, well maintained, spacious property. It has two comfortable bedrooms with a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The bedrooms and bathroom are separated from the living rooms areas. In the back area sits the open kitchen, dining area and a living -sitting area, which holds the flat screen tv and two couches, very inviting to take nap after lunch, watching some tv and relax after a beach day.

To the front entrance area you have another living area, where doors could be all open and making the balcony be part of a very spacious and relaxing atmosphere.

Located at walking distance from Restaurants, Walgreens, Bars, Bank, Supermarket, Fast Foods, everything you need.

This is a ground floor unit with direct access from the street. Lovely village community where everyone is friendly, nice and easy going! The perfect place to be laid back and relaxed!

You only will need a car to drive from airport and go around to enjoy the beauty of our island, our people, food and the meaning of the ' Mañana Culture'.

Great Apartment 1/2 block from Playa Azul!

This apartment is unbelievable! It is a half a block from the beach with super spacious clean rooms, all the supplies you could need, and a huge living room and TV room. There is a back patio and AC in each room. Best of all is ABDEL, the property manager! He is incredibly responsive and accommodating. I've never had better management of any vacation property. He is always available for any issue or need. Luquillo is the ideal town to reach a lot of great destinations on the island! A great place for a family or 4-6 friends!

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time here. The property is very clean and tastefully decorated,has full kitchen,bath and bedroom utensils/cookware/dinnerware/linens etc. Beach toys and a hibatchi for the simple enjoyment. The property management is knowledgeable and friendly. We arrived in the middle of the night and were still met at the airport rental car agency, escorted to the condo

and given a tour of the property and instructed how to use the washer and dryer,TV/cable,informed of the local amenities,etc...

It is just 2 minutes walking distance to a gorgeous beach which stretches for miles in either direction,walking to restaurants and the kioskos.

Would definitely recommend this place(and have already recommended to friends and family). It is centrally located to the rainforest,waterfalls, hiking,horseback riding ,ziplining,go-carts,the lighthouse, the Las Croabas fishing area with boats to be hired to take you to Icacos Island, the ferry to Vieques or St Thomas and more than 18 beautiful beaches. There is convenient shopping and the local activities are abundant.

Three weeks were too short, and if you can take a month, the rate is amazingly affordable and reasonable.

Definitely going back.

Afordable, Centrally located, Perfect Set-up

I have visited Puerto Rico many times since my Navy days flying out of Roosevelt Roads. I am now Retired from the U.S. Navy but I still fly to Puerto Rico routinely as an Airline Pilot. And because it is one of my more favorite places to visit, I quite frequently return to Puerto Rico while on vacation. Take it from someone who travels a lot and has stayed at many many "rentals by owner' in the past, this place is a vacation renters gem. Exceptionally clean, every amenity you could need, washer, dryer, really nice fully equipped kitchen, internet, great working AC, only steps from a beautiful beach! Centrally located to the ferries to Culebra and Vieques, El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, San Juan, yet set on the edge of the peaceful town of Luquillo. Never any traffic, great grocery store, Walgreens nearby, Mcdonalds. Only a half a block down the road from the famous Brass Cactus, a really nice bar and eatery!

Abdel, the property manager, went out of his way to accommodate us and was available at all hours to assist us with any of our needs or questions. For value and "bang for your buck", you can not beat this place.

Nice location, close to beach and town center

Garden level apartment, private, roomy patio area with gas grill, chairs, table, tools. Nice beach is 150 m away. Property is clean and roomy, plenty of kitchen utensils, glass, dishwasher, a lots of beach towels and washing machine. Parking space just at the front of property, very convenient. Manager is very responsive, flexible, helpful. Access to highway is easy and short, way to tropical forest takes 15 min, 30 min to San Juan, 20 min to Fajardo. We enjoyed staying at this place.

This is a great spacious apartment!

I have visited this property last year on our trip to Puerto Rico, Our friends went to visit a relative and we were able to meet them and spent an afternoon at this property. What I enjoyed the most was the convenience of this apartment Very clean and SPACIOUS! simplicity that welcomes anyone in that beach mode. Parking right there! Just a few steps and you are right at the door with no need to wait for elevators or go up a staircase.

We changed into our bathing suits and walked steps to the beautiful beach! wow!

After a few hours and a great tan, went back, showered and in ten minutes, or less, we drove to the Kioskos (a Must visit!). We then drove in to the 'baneario'? at Luquillo beach and had a great picnic! under the palm trees and beautiful view! Memories that I will cherish forever!!!
