This is a fully furnished townhouse 2.5 miles from Disney near I-92. There are 4 bedrooms: three king bedrooms and two twins. Two king bedrooms are master suites with full attached private bathrooms. The first master suite is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. This master is handicap accessible as if the first floor. The second master suite is on the second floor and has a balcony overlooking the preserved open space. The twin bedroom is a kids rooms set up as a 'Lion King' theme. Every bedroom has a 32' TV and the kids room also includes a PS2. As an end unit there is tremendous natural light throughout. This end unit is very private and backs up to open space. This unit is walking distance to the club house, common pool and tiki bar. Emerald Island is a beautiful resort with many amenities.

Beautiful house, excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed, from the beautifully decorated living room, to the comfy bedrooms, the bathrooms (plus the extra half bathroom) and the fully stocked kitchen (except for food, of course). The backyard of the house is quiet and private. The location is excellent. Very close to all the Disney parks. We also enjoyed the convenience of having Publix, Super Target and many other stores and major chain restaurants close by. When we come back to the Orlando area we would love to stay there again!

It was a great place to stay but the housekeeping need to learn how to clean. When we got there the place wasn't well clean we had to clean most of it. The sink was cloth with dirty water we couldn't use it right away someone came out to fix it at 11:00 pm at night. They need to work better

Great place to rest your head and close to Disney!!

Super close to Disney but there's a lot going on in the area so there's quite a bit of traffic.

The house itself was nice, had to buy a lot of things that I thought would have been in the house and had to dispose of unused things. Also unclogged the shower drain from previous review.

Was a little disappointed with the check out process, having to start a load of towels and stripping the addition to other "need to do's" before leaving by 10am was a little excessive.

For having a place to stay close to Disney and restaurants, it's fine for the price and space.

Property was perfect in size for us, clean & ready when we checked in. However, upon arrival, we did find dead bugs behind the master bed downstairs. And we were a bit surprised when we couldn't find any soap for dishes or laundry, as well as extra toilet paper, napkins, trash bags, and other paper products/ toiletries that we expected in a unit this nice, in this type of resort. Other than that, everything was great!

Frustrating and disappointing

Booking, check in and check out were effortless and the digital door code was very user friendly. The resort was well kept, quiet and very safe. The entrance is gated and has 24hr security. The pool/bar area was small but very enjoyable and clean. The impression I get is that this condo is managed by a second party property management and housekeeping company. I truly hope this is indeed the case and the owner isn't aware of the shape and cleanliness of their unit. I took pictures of all issues as soon as we arrived. I wanted documentation to make sure I was not charged for others damage. The condo needs better walk way/entrance lighting as it sits on the back of the property and at night is very dark. The entire condo smells like mildew and all fabric feels damp. The tile in the main entrance, kitchen, dining room and all bathrooms was worn and damaged and grout was filthy. The entrance hall mirror/key hanger were broken off exposing sharp ends. The trim on the kitchen counter was missing. Microwave was rusted/stained.Tea kettle had thick residue in it. Place mats all had dried cracking food still on them. The table wobbles and had a folded piece of cardboard stuck under one leg to try and stop the wobble. Every pillow on the sofa was either torn or severely stained, most were both. The linen was stained, mismatched and fraying. Downstairs bedroom carpet is very stained at the door. Bed support or springs must be compromised underneath because if u sit on it the bed drops quite low. Headboard is wobbly and all surfaces were dirty and stained, looked as if they were never wiped down because there was hair and dust on all of them. The carpeting in this room were laying with dead bugs and toe nail clippings on them in plain sight. The bathroom off this bedroom had very old dingy rugs in it and the curtain on the outside of the shower was filthy. The shower curtain was stained a pink color, I'm guessing from the water. The shower curtains in all the bathrooms were the same as well as the outside curtain in the shower. The window sills were all laying with black dust and dead bugs, lamp shades were grey with furry dust coating them, all vents were the same with thick grey fur. Carpet on stairs was worn from high traffic and dirty. Balcony bedroom with bathroom was missing trim. All Bed linen was dingy. I did not contact property management because they were clearly the issue. I hope the owner finds a more qualified and trustworthy company.
