About Jody and Steve Belkowski
In 2010, Steve and I visited the Great Smoky Mountains area together for the first time. We had both previously been married and had four children between us. We had been looking for an affordable vacation where we wouldn't waste all of our vacation budget paying for flights. Little did we know that one decision would set a future path for our lives that we never anticipated! Flash forward two years. We are back in the area again, this time with 22 of our closest family and friends, getting married in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Two weeks after our wedding, we were back yet again, looking for a cabin to purchase! We had just gone from two homes to one and decided we wanted to invest the equity from the home sale into a cabin that our family could enjoy and that we could offer as a vacation rental when we weren't using it. We had been on the guest side of vacation rentals many times, especially me. After I had my third child, staying in hotels just wasn't feasible or comfortable any longer, so I had stayed in quite a few rentals before we purchased one of our own. We went into this with the thought process that we wanted to offer our guests the very best experience we possibly could. Building on our own experiences as vacation rental guests was a great start. It was September 2012 when we purchased our first cabin. Our guests really seemed to enjoy the extra efforts we put forth to make their vacation enjoyable. We enjoyed, more than we even anticipated, the fact that families were making memories that would last forever in our cabin. Today, we own three cabins of our own and manage two more for our family and friends. We've figured out that Tennessee is our happy place. We'll be moving there as soon as we can, once Steve qualifies for retirement from his position at Ford Motor Company. We hope that you love your stay in our cabin! ~~Jody Belkowski

Why Jody and Steve Belkowski chose Pigeon Forge
This cabin has a wonderful floor plan. Family entertainment was #1 priority for us in choosing a cabin. This one had it all! Plenty of space for a super fun game room and a large room that could be converted to a theater. It has wonderful spacious bedrooms. It's also an excellent location. It's only 1/2 a mile off the Parkway between traffic lights 7 (Old Mill) and 8 (Dollywood Lane). You can also walk to the pool in the summer months.

Convenient and Cool!
Great location and well laid out property! Needed more wine glasses and a window covering in one of the bedrooms but otherwise excellent!
We had a great time. We brought all the kids and grandkids together for the first time. There was plenty to do for all in the cabin and in the surrounding area.
This place is awesome
clean, fun and close to the strip
Our family of ten, 6 adults and 4 children 6& under stayed at Bigfoot Cabin for a week. There is plenty of space for sleeping. We asked for a crib and high chair to be set up for the youngest in our group, it was not an issue. We did arrive earlier than the scheduled check in time of 4:00 pm, but enjoyed meeting the cleaning staff. There is a Kerrigan, regular coffee pot, toaster and a crockpot. The washer and dryer are apartment size, but they were adequate to keep the kiddos in clean clothes. Everyone slept well on the comfy beds. There are fold out beds in the living room on the main floor and the game room down stairs which we didn’t need to use. Our granddaughters loved the queen size bunk beds in the room downstairs. We loved the decks and hot tub. Just make sure to bring and wear big repellent. We were within 5-10 minutes of all the exciting things to do on the main drag, including the awesome Pirate Voyage dinner show. Gatlinburg is 15 minutes away, the Ripley’s Aquarium is a must see if you are traveling with kids. We ate in most of the time so we have no recommendations for local restaurants.
Our grandchildren loved the Big Foot statue that greeted us in the driveway. Great week in Pigeon Forge & Bigfoot Cabin.
Great location! Close to everything , but far enough away to be very peaceful
Brown Family Reunion July 2019
The cabin was perfect for our event . The village had everything necessary to have an awesome time. I loved the golf course, it presented some real challenges. I am looking forward visiting again.
