Sedona Condo Rental Photos and Description

1800 Square foot Villa, 1 Bedroom + Office, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-3)

Enjoy million dollar views from this impeccable jewel box of a home that features a prime location, southwest contemporary architecture and romantic seclusion. Set high on a hillside above Sedona's exclusive gallery district, Casa Alegre is an 1800 square foot villa. Environmentally friendly, the home features gleaming hardwood floors with high-end natural fiber area rugs. It is ideally situated within walking distance of fabulous shops, galleries and restaurants, Oak Creek and National Forest hiking trails. Quiet, secluded and peaceful, it is the perfect non-smoking adult retreat.

The stunning villa is a spacious one bedroom, one and a half bath home filled with original art, sculpture and Native American pottery. Perched high on a hillside with panoramic red rock vistas, the romantic aerie features two private view balconies, one off the spacious master bedroom and the second off the great room.

Bubble in a roomy two-person whirlpool tub that adjoins your glass-enclosed shower with its pebble floor and amazing views. Twin copper sinks and lady's vanity are set in luxuriant polished verde granite. A separate enclosure houses the wc.

The spacious master bedroom features a top-of-the-line Tempurpedic king mattress and down bedding set with high thread count linens in a tufted leather bed. Built-in cupboards and a large walk-in closet provide extravagant storage space. A wall of glass opening to a romantic balcony allows you easy outdoor access with complete privacy and security.

Expand your horizons preparing Southwest specialties in the chef's dream of a kitchen. It features all stainless appliances - a Viking six burner professional range, twin Dacor convection wall ovens and warming drawer along with a Subzero refrigerator. The appliances are all set in polished granite countertops surrounded by contemporary cherry cabinetry. Copper cookware casts a warm glow. A large butcher block island with vegetable sink and seating for two as well as a nearby TV creates a homey food prep activity center.

The cozy dining room is anchored by an arts and crafts cherry dining table surrounded by dark chocolate leather parson's chairs that comfortably seat two to six. A Murano glass chandelier suspended from the beamed ceiling casts soft light on the original art and stunning views. Elegant handmade pottery table service, silver flatware and wonderful serving pieces make dining a joy.

The great room, with its wall of glass framing amazing red rock vistas is a comfortable mix of cozy sofas, a gas fireplace with marble mantle, bookcases stocked with books on a wide range of topics, original art and Native American pottery and large flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, stereo and iPod/MP3 docking station.

Check mail and keep in touch with business in the light-filled office with its coffered ceiling and glass doors. High speed wireless internet for your laptop, fax/printer/scanner, free nation-wide long distance, a reference library, travertine desk and leather office chair make maintaining contact with your world easy.

Enjoy sunlit morning coffee and savor Sedona sunsets on the large balcony off the great room that provides another elegant living space. Sedona evenings are a delight around the granite-topped-conversation area with a gas firepit and comfortable overstuffed seating. A large stainless outdoor gas grill completes the upscale setting.

The property features safe on-site parking for your personal convenience and ample off-street parking for guests. A fenced yard with dog run and spa set on a view deck cantilevered over the hillside make your romantic stay complete.

A real gem

  • 5 of 5

When we entered the villa, we were blown away with how beautiful the interior of the house is. It is quite obvious, that Fran puts in a great deal of time creating such an exquisite home. The Location is great, close to several good restaurants (do not miss out the Elote Café!) and shops. The view from the deck is incredible and we loved to relax there after our hikes, watching the moon rise over the butts. We had everything wie could ask for: a comfortable bed, a great kitchen, lovely bathroom, even a liberary with tons of interesting books to brows in and lovely artwork to admire. Thanks again Fran, for having us - wie hope to come back again soon.

A truly marvelous gem villa!

  • 5 of 5

We totally agree with the previous review by Sharon & Howard. This villa so thoughtfully has everything & then some...making it very difficult to leave the nest and go out and explore. But when we did, we could not wait to get back home and make dinner in Fran's beautiful gourmet kitchen, relax on the balcony and celebrate sunset in Sedona. Thank you Fran - for bringing us back into balance. You truly have a marvelous gem home & we cannot wait to return!

First of all, you will love Fran. She is incredibly kind, helpful, fun and wonderful! The villa is fantastic. The furnishings, art and décor is out of a magazine. Fran had just had the floors redone and the place looks marvelous. It is impeccably clean and you will not find a better view, I am sure. It rained and snowed while we were there, but it just didn't matter, as the villa itself is so comfortable. It is just steps from wonderful shopping and places to eat, so you don't even have to drive, if you don't want to. I like to cook, and her gourmet kitchen is classy and very well stocked. You could find a herb or spice there to cook just about anything you want! Fran takes great pride in this property, and if you had any complaints,(which I cannot imagine you would) I know she would bend over backwards to remedy them. It was well worth the money (even after the exchange of Canadian dollars). Our only regret, is that we didn't have another month to stay there! We will be back.

We stayed in this beautiful villa with magnificant views, we definitely did not want to leave. Decor was fantastic with Native American pottery and Kachina's. We watched the sun rise and went out at night on the deck and viewed the stars......which were vast!

Fran was great and very accommodating! The pictures on the site do not do this villa justice. Will definitely will stay again and we highly recommend this lovely Villa!

A very artful home.

  • 5 of 5

An absolutely stunning property, with spectacular uninterrupted mountain views, yet only steps to galleries, stores, and restaurants. Very tasteful decor, with an emphasis on native pottery, and local artists.

We had a very comfortable stay here, and would love to come again. The gourmet kitchen and excellent furnishings are just as described.

Fran is very helpful and accommodating for your every need. Highly recommended!

The five stars are no exaggeration on the impeccable quality of this villa. Having stayed another time in the smaller of Fran's properties(which was also outstanding), I had my eye on staying in this one with it's amazing kitchen on my next trip and was not disappointed. It is beautifully decorated, super clean and boasts a library I could get lost in if not for the Sedona trails beckoning me. The reviews almost seem unreal but they truely are correct in how superlative this place is. I will absolutely book this again.
