New in 2007, this wonderfully designed three bedroom vacation rental home with room for eight was built by Frank Russo. Located right in the heart of the Manzanita Village, this home is just over a block from the beach and is just minutes from other popular coastal towns like Cannon Beach and Rockaway.
Vaulted ceilings throughout allow for an abundance of natural light, naturally adding to the spacious feel of the home. Cozy up in the living room next to the gas fireplace on chilly nights and watch a movie in the BluRay DVD player provided. In the summer, the living room ceiling fans help cool down the house nicely.
The open kitchen is fully stocked and complete with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher to make clean up quick and easy. Step outside onto perhaps one of the well appreciated features of the home, the expansive deck, which offers partial ocean views. Watch the 4th of July fireworks right from the deck! Granite counter tops with tile accents, upscale cabinetry, and hardwood stretch throughout the home adding a touch of class.
Three bedrooms and a loft allow the home to sleep up to eight guests, and one lucky dog. The master bedroom holds a comfy king bed, with the two other bedrooms each holding a queen. A loft overlooking the living space contains a pull-out futon as well. Two full baths and one half bath makes getting ready for the beach or shopping a breeze.
Manzanita is a gorgeous small town filled with boutique shops, restaurants, galleries and a long stretch of sandy beach. For those that seek a little more adventure, Oswald State Park just north of Manzanita provides an excellent surfing beach as well as beautiful hiking trails and view points. You can take in the most beautiful view on the coast from the top of Neahkahnie Mountain to the north.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!
The place was beautiful and perfectly located. The weather was blustery and rainy but it was close enough to the shops and beach that we could quickly run back to the house. The house warms up quickly with individual heating adjustments around the house. Each room was adequately furnished including the loft. There were 5 of us that stayed here and we had plenty of room. The puzzles were fun for us to complete and the wi-fi was reliable and fast for me to work while on vacation. Certain aspects needed to be addressed like the washer will not drain and go into a high-speed spin and the master bedroom carpet needs to be professionally cleaned since it smells of pet urine and carpet cleanser. It masked for the first day while we were there but became very prevalent by the end of our stay.
This home has a perfect location, beautifully set up, cozy environment and everything we wanted. Each bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. I will not only recommend this house to others I will stay here again.
The location of this home is perfect. it is so close to the beach and is also close to all the fun shops and restaurants.
This property is very close (1 block) to the beach and to main street of Manzanita. Sufficient kitchen to cook meals and the hot tub was a nice plus! We enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again!
We booked this spot somewhat last minute and really lucked out. It is only a block from the main drag in Manzanita and a short two blocks to the beach. And the beach at Manzanita is one of the most beautiful on the Oregon Coast (which is all gorgeous). Despite it's proximity to the little town, the house was extremely quiet. It has a beautiful kitchen as well, if you enjoy cooking as much as we do, it's pretty fantastic. Overall had a terrific stay with 2 other couples. We'll stay here again... and be sure to try out the hot tub next time!
