Luxury 2 Or 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Resort Style Private Condo
Michael L. Garcia
About Michael L. Garcia
I am a resident of Denver, Colorado, USA. I purchased a condo located in the complex next to the Sea Adventure 14 years ago. My family and I have fallen in love with Cancun but specifically with this area. The view of the sail boats with Isla Mujeres in the background is magnificent. I have a son with disabilities and this atmosphere and environment are great for his skin, sinuses and muscles. It also helps his parent's mental state!
Michael L. Garcia purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Michael L. Garcia chose Cancún
I own next door at Hopelchen and rent my 2 bedroom condo to vacationers. This condo became available through a friend of a neighbor. I love and know the area and there is always a place for me and my family to stay if one condo is rented.

Relaxed atmosphere. Great help from owner's staff person/helper. I'd definitely come back.
Private and quiet.
This property was ideal for a group of adults. We were 3 generations. Plenty of space for a couple and two separate adults. Location is everything. Across the street from beach and steps from pool and transportation. Quiet with a feeling of safety.
Wonderful for Intergenerational Visit
There were 6 of us, ranging in age from 78 to 14. The unit is very spacious and there was room to spare. We enjoyed the full kitchen, especially for breakfast. Resort amenities were a nice bonus. The area is very quiet, and since we rented a car, we were able to go on day trips and come back to parking right in front of the unit. This condo is a very good value in a most relaxing environment.
The condo fit our needs quite nicely. Well kept, clean, everything you need to cook and have several people in one place. Michael was ALWAYS VERY RESPONSIVE. One thing to note...you will need to provide your own dish soap, hand soap and other basic amenities. Our trip was primarily to spend most of our time in Isla Mujeres - so next time we would stay on the island, but this is great if this is the area you are looking to stay. We also enjoyed walking on the beach and seeing the baby stingray.
Fun and relaxing family vacation!
Our family of five (kids 10, 14 & 17) just returned from an awesome spring break in Cancun, where we stayed in this beautiful and spacious condo.
The condo is on the property of a small resort, in a quiet area. We often took advantage of the resort amenities (like the beach and pools, restaurants, a small waterpark, sports activities). Many of them are available free of charge, or for discounted fee. There's a marina right next to the beach, it's fun to watch the boats coming and going. Also, day trip to Isla Mujeres is definitely worth the ferry trip!
Kitchen is well equipped, we prepared most of our meals at "home". Our youngest son had his bday while we were on our vacation, and we even found candles for his cake in one of the kitchen drawers! :) We did one bigger grocery shopping trip to a supermarket in downtown, took a cab there and back, other days we got the essentials from the nearby convenient stores. We also tried some local restaurants that are within walking distance from the condo. They have AMAZING seafood (but if you don't like fish, you should try Lapa Lapa burgers or chicken fajitas - very inexpensive and tasty!).
It was also nice that we could do our laundry in the condo after all the sweaty activities we did during the day..
Whenever we had questions or we needed anything, we texted or called the manager and he was there in 5 minutes. He's super helpful!
Wifi is not the greatest, it's a bit slow, but I guess that's basically the case everywhere else in Cancun but the fancy five star places in the hotel zone.. But it works just fine for emails and other simple stuff. No problem with the pool temperatures either ;)
I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is not interested in the touristy hotel zone, but wants to get a taste of the "real" Mexico - without being too far away the Cancun downtown and all that it has to offer.
The condo was clean and everything was up to par. We could have used more towels, but as soon as I contacted the manager we had them the next morning. The pools however were cold, and at All Ritmo none of the Jacuzzis worked and the pools were cold. We basically just slept there, but everyone was impressed.
Many small palapa style restaurants provide the catch of the day. Mayan ruins are a 20 minute walk away and a marina is on site to set up boat trips or fishing. There is a tour desk in the lobby to set up any type of tour. Mini buses pass out in front every ten minutes and go downtown where grocery stores, the bus station and mercados are located. Taxi cabs are available 24/7.
