We rented the condo for 4 nights and it was a seamless experience. We did reach out to maintenance and they were very expedient with their response. The place was clean there were enough supplies that we did not have to go buy any. We rented the condo because we were in the area for a wedding. It was great for everything we needed it for. Also, I left a pair of prescription eyeglasses by mistake. Luckily enough I was still in the area for another day and I reached out to them the night we checked out. They responded the next day and one of their people were able to meet up with me and get them back to me which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely rent with them again.
My family stayed here for 5 days and had a GREAT time! The condo was in great condition, very comfort, and had everything we needed to feel at home for the week (including beach chairs and towels). Our three kids prefer to sleep in the same room so we put an air mattress on the floor in the second bedroom with the full bed and they had plenty of room. The balcony on the condo faces the pool and marina. The beach is directly across the street (there is a crosswalk and beach access directly in front of the building). We love this area as the beach was never crowded and our kids could play in the water and had plenty of room to play frisbee or build sand castles. There are no lifeguards on this stretch of beach (not an issue for us). Restaurants and shopping are all within a few minutes drive. We will definitely be back in the future!
Clean unit with good location. Only "con" is the sewage smell in the parking lot area. Very overwhelming at times...
The stay was great. The cleaning lady was very helpful and polite.
On the positive side, this condo was clean and well maintained. The pool and BBQ were great and the view of the water and access to the beach were wonderful. There are some simple additions which would greatly improve this condo. We had to purchase beach chairs and plastic tumblers for drinks. There was no blender and only about 4 hangers in the closets. We found a broom but no dust pan. The biggest issue is the bed in the second bedroom. The mattress is shot and needs to be replaced ASAP.
This condo was great and perfect for our family. Access to the beach was very easy, and we loved being so close. The balcony has a beautiful view of the harbor side and enjoyed sitting out there. Also, big bonus: just a two minute walk to Candy Kitchen. We love that place and always visit there, but I didn't realize how close we were when booking this. This is a comfortable place to stay during a St. Petersburg visit.
