Overall it was a great vacation! Will be disappointed if it is not available next year. Love the location close to Sanibel and Ft Myers.
We were supposed to share with two other couples but they ended up not being able to go so my husband and I had the whole place to ourselves. The home was in a great location and had easy access to shopping, restaurants, and sites. We rented a boat from the marina the owner suggested. You could boat slowly through the canals or had access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf from the property. The home was well equipped with all necessary amenities, furnished beautifully, and the bed comfortable. The only suggestion I have would be to include some suggestions of things to see and do in the area, like closest shopping, some sites to see, and places to eat. The renters book said garbage day was Tuesday for trash and Thursday for recyclables and both were on Thursday. We would definitely use homeaway again to find vacation rental property.
the property was clean and was our first experience taking our family down to florida with two babies along , one was eighteen months and the other three months the pool was a great place all set up for BBQ and a wet bar , the lanai was great . The bedrooms are well placed with a master suite to die for were treated well and would recommend this place to anyone . The house is on a quiet street great for walks , You need a car to get to shopping and a publix grocery not too far away. We learned that UBHER is only two streets over and the driver was amazing regards the Littlejohns from Ontario
This house was outstanding for our needs. The pool deck and outside bar & bathroom were the most used rooms in the house. Kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. Furnishing were tasteful and comfortable, everything you would expect from the photos. We would definitely recommend this home.
This home was absolutely beautiful. The interior was immaculate when we arrived. The pool area was perfect and pool toys were available. The Home had everything we needed for a day at sanibel beach. The living room was very cozy and inviting for my family. The landscaping was also beautiful and location was very accessible to all areas of Cape coral, Fort Myers, Naples, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
This vacation rental is great! Everything was perfect, clean, offered everything we needed plus more. It is in a perfect location for Island hopping, we visited Sanibel, Captiva, Lovers Key, Naples, Boca Grande and Longboat Key during our stay. I highly recommend this property, we will be back! Pine Island and Matlacha is about a 15 minute drive there are wonderful shops and restaurants in this small village. Matlacha is known for some of the best fishing in the world with a great variety of species
