Ruby Jordan purchased this cabin in 2006
We grew up in Broken Bow OK, as did our parents. Our children live here as well.
We have just one other cabin on the property. It is very secluded and surrounded by forest and wildlife -- but so easy to find. The other cabin, Porch Time (VRBO 789718) sleeps 7 and could be reserved if you have a larger group. Both cabins together will sleep a maximum of ten. More information can be found at our website www.pinemeadowcabins.com.
Note from owner: these comments were left in cabin journal:
Thank you, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire. It was very fun. Thank you for letting us come here.
We rented this cabin for Labor Day Weekend and the pictures do not do it justice . It was so relaxing to get away from it all and be so close to Beaver's Bend . The owner Ruby is so sweet and such a pleasure to rent from. She has everything at the cabin one could think of and I only have wonderful things to say about our stay . I would rent this place everyday if I could it is gorgeous and peaceful . The pictures don't do this place justice it is just breath taking inside . I felt like a home away from home . My kids loved being able to get out and see nature which is not as easy to do in the city . Thank you Ruby and Clayton for such a wonderful stay .
We stayed last week and had an awesome time. The cabin was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was easy to maneuver our fishing boat to the cabin and only about 10 minuets to the marina. I'd definitely stay there again!
A gem! We so enjoyed our stay, the cabin had everything we needed and more, it is down a secluded road, hidden in the woods, we just loved it! There is wildlife and plenty of exploring area! A great couples getaway or family adventure; good dining options down the road, and Beavers Bend for lots of outdoors activities!
When you have good people who really care about what they do it is easy to tell.... Thats what I got at this cabin. They made sure the place was clean and inviting. Checked to see if we needed anything. And the relaxing environment made a home away from home that was fantastic.
Hochatown Hideout -
Once again, we had another wonderful stay with Ms. Ruby and Clifton. The Hochatown Hideout is perfect for our family! It's super clean, cozy, and comfortable. And, near all the adventures we love! The Jordan's have thought of everything - the cabin is well stocked! I can't imagine needing anything more. Thanks so much for letting us share our musically talented friends with you! See you soon!
My new friend and I decided to take a weekend away from the city and explore the Beavers Bend area and this cozy cabin in the woods was an absolute delight for our stay. This cabin was stocked with way more than the staple items of salt & peper. They leave pancake mix, syrup, and butter for the guests! There were many other items the kitchen was stocked with as well. They also leave full size shampoo, conditioner & blow dryer in the oversized bathroom. The hot tub was perfect for the evenings and offers an open view of the sky. The cabin even provides robes so you can be comfortable on your walk to and from the hot tub. This place is very private and beautiful. I will always have a fond memory of this cabin in the woods and plan to return one day to build on that memory. If you want to get away from your busy life for a comfortable relaxing time, Hochatown Hideout is the place to go.
