This lovely T3 of 750 sq ft, well distributed and renewed, gives you all the comfort. It is very calm and can welcome up to 6 persons.

- The big room, with a queen size bed, and the little room with 2 single beds (can be joined to form a king size bed) will unveil a panoramic view on Notre Dame de la Garde, the Frioul islands and the Vieux Port.

- The living room and its balcony have a beautiful view on the hills of Marcel Pagnol ; it has a king size convertible sofa and a big LCD TV (47').

- The kitchen is totally equipped: oven, big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, dish...

- To finish, relax in the corner bath.

Well located in a central and calm neighborhood (place Castellane), near to Subway (lines 1 & 2) and tramways, at 15mn of the beach by car (or 30mn by bus), enjoy a panoramic stunning view on 'La Bonne mère', the Frioul islands (Château d'If), Marseilles and the Marcel Pagnol hills! The subway station Castellane (5mn walk) provides access to all the other Marseilles subway stations (lines 1 and 2), like Vieux Port (7mn) and Gare St Charles (9mn). 200m to A50 (Aix, Aubagne, Toulon, Monaco, Cannes, Nice...) In this classy neighborhood, you will find many restaurants and shops, and 2 cinemas.

The apt. looks just like the photos on line. We cooked in a few nights and every morning. Kitchen has all you will need. There is a small supermarket just across the street that is open late and on Sunday and there is also a very nice Lidl about 400 meters away. WiFi worked well. Great sunset view through the bedroom window. Although you can sit on the balcony it's not as nice as we had hoped due to the way the building was constructed. We had a car and much to our surprise was able to find a place to park every day. Try between 5 & 6 PM.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise. You have to sleep with the windows open and the street noise is there even 16 floors up.. Apt. would be much nicer with A/C. Then you could close the windows and block out the noise at night.

Make sure you put something by each of the bedroom doors to hold them open as the wind can get quite strong some days.

We found it clean and management was very easy to work with. Place would be a 5 star if not for the noise.

I will think about the installation of air conditioning, but I am afraid it would raise the price of the service too much. I have bought fans so that the windows can be kept close.
