Beach Cottage steps to the Peconic Bay. This family-friendly home is situated on a small, private block that dead ends at its own bay beach. A short, beach-walk to the town beach with jungle gyms, snack bar, tennis courts and boat ramp.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus outdoor shower. An open living space with a large dining area. There is a newly renovated kitchen.
It is a private yard with plenty of place for the kids to run and a treehouse.
The house is suite for 4 adults and 2-4 children.
An idyllic street dotted with summer cottages and full of families.
A Brooklyn family of four who loves the East End and dreamt about owning a house on this street for many years.
Kyra Frankel purchased this cottage in 2013
We had a great time at this house. It is in a perfect location, only 100 yards or so away from the bay, which has a little beach. We have 2 small children so we were excited to find out that there is not only a little beach but also a playground a short walk away from the house.
The house itself is perfect for a small family. First off the design is perfect for a beach house. Our kids loved all the toys and definitely had a blast running around in the sprinklers outside.
We highly recommend this place and hope to book again for next summer!
My family & I stayed here for just 2 nights in late November. There were 5 adults & 2 children & we fit perfectly! The house has a great beach chic vibe inside & had everything we needed. The fireplace worked, which was an added bonus in the evening. Beach is super close but given it was cold we spent more time out at the local vineyards or sitting around the giant table. Looks like it would be an awesome spot in the summer though.
Kyra & Josh were really responsive & easy to work with. Will definitely be trying to rent from them again!
This is a great place for a family getaway! The house is modern and comfortable, has everything you need and a wonderful yard that is easy to see from most of the house. The beach at the end of the road is lovely and there is so much to do in surrounding areas. The owners are responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend it and hope to stay again!
Had a great stay with our two young children. Steps to the beach, cute backyard with treehouse and outdoor shower. Bright, cozy place, with great layout and simple, tasteful decor. A great dining area and a nice grill for meals at home. Within short drive to many restaurants and fun activities—farms, beaches, vineyards and more!
We loved staying in this quaint home in North Fork. The house is very clean and comfortable and in a great location - close enough to everything but tucked away in a nice quiet location. The big banquet table is awesome. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to cook up a storm. (We opted for a huge clambake.) The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out in the house on a rainy day. The small beach is just down the block and a very nice public beach just a stroll away.
Our 2.5 year old loved finding all the toys around the house and it was great to have her play outside and be able to see her from inside the house.
We will definitely be booking our stay for next summer!
