I just finished a complete renovation that is gorgeous. Everything is brand new. This house is located in the

Village at Camelback, right on the slope behind indoor pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. Some features are a new wood burning stove, hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and baths, new appliances, wainscoating throughout, memory foam queen beds, full sized futon, 2 foldaway cots, wine barrel dining table. Flat screen tvs, surround sound, bluetooth stereo, Wi-Fi, bar-b-que…

This unit is a true ski in and ski out. Just bring your skis, food and toiletries and you won't have to get in the car your entire stay. House is on the lower level from the parking that is just steps away from the mountain. All linens, towels, blankets, pillows, cleaning fee, insurance are included with rental

You are sure to love this rental anytime of the year.

This is not a handicap accessible unit. You have to go down steps to get to a lower level row of townhouses.

I had a major life changing experience when I had 2 major brain surgeries and my heart stopped 3 times in 2009. Sadly, it took these events for me to decide to live life to the fullest while I am still on Earth. I always wanted to have a refuge where the family could spend together without the distractions of everyday life. Hence, we purchased our mountain home and have made and continue to make wonderful memories!

Why Mike Bernstein chose Tannersville

This property was chosen because of the proximity to the slope. When are kids were little having to load and unload the car was a true pain in the neck. Also, getting everyone on the same page was even more brutal. Being able to ski in and ski out makes life amazing. If your tired of skiing the indoor pool and tennis courts are right there and you never have to hop in the car

Good summer vacation

Close to Camelback beach made for a great time for our grandkids. They also enjoyed hiking and running around the condo area. The unit was well outfitted and clean.

The condo was excellent. We were there for The Weekend with friends. The location is great. The condo is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The owner is very helpful if needed and provides you with clear information to make your stay is great. I would definitely go back.

Its an old house with TINY bathrooms and air conditioning doesn't work in 2 bedrooms.

Place doesn't look as advertised, its very small, max 5 people can stay, worst part is bathrooms are TINY and the air conditioning did not work in 2 bedrooms, I woke up full in sweat multiple times at night.

Will not return to this overpriced place.

Owner's Response: i"m sorry you didn't like unit. There are AC units in the loft and main level there is none in other bedrooms. I have ceiling fans to help keep you cool on the hottest days. The house was built in the early 80's and fully remodeled in 2015. There are 3 queen beds, a full futon and 2 cots.

It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and his housekeeper Kerry. Kerry does an amazing job of keeping the condo stocked with everything you might need. Her cleaning of the property was very thurough.

Just what we needed

We had a wonderful stay and Mikes Condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. Upon our arrival we had a few issues/repairs that needed to be addressed, however Mike was extremely prompt regarding our concerns. His maintenance man lives on site and took care of replacing an air conditioning unit and a the kitchen faucet within a day. The unit has been well maintained and offered all the supplies needed to stay there. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Dale T.
