This unit sleeps 10, (master - King), (2nd bd rm- 2 Queens), Large screen TV in Living room w/ 3 sleeper sofas, TV's in each bed room as well. Free Internet. Full kitchen and 2 table sets (kitchen and dinning area). Only 3 Units on the 6th Floor, This One is 1/2 of the 6th floor. close to all activities in Daytona Beach and Orlando, Disney, and cruise ships. Great location for Daytona Race track fans. This is an Ocean Front Penthouse, fully furnished with many extras. Discounted rates for longer visits. 3 night min.

There 3 separate air controls for independent heat and air temps, per sleeping areas.

Close to all Daytona Has to offer and there is a trolley service that stops in front of resort. Convenience store accross the street, close to shops, convention center, band shell and airport

Why Richard chose Daytona Beach

Location Location Location. Hard to beat it. So close to busy area of Daytona but a few block away for easy and comfortable vacation time and not in your face hassles. Kids love the board walk. I enjoy AM sunrise walks. Condo has best patio/balcony in Daytona Beach (one of a kind) property has great common area setup, pools grills palm trees right on the beach. Location is tops.

What makes this condo unique

Great areas for gathering or quite relaxation. The 2 seperate balconies are wonderful. The main large corner one is big enough for all to share at once. No one else in Daytona has one of these, veiws are fantastic, sunrise and sunsets.

Grill out on the picnic area for a great beach experience. Super easy access to all - Elevator, pools, beach, grills, Laundry, 7-11 store across the street. 7-11 store across street for those last minute quick needs. I find it very convienant and useful.

My family and I stayed here in June of 2015 . It was very clean and well worth the price . Price range was very reasonable and the penthouse condo was great. People were nice and the area was quiet which allowed for a nice family vacation with friends.

2nd Year Renting This Unit

This was our second year in a row staying at this unit. We love the size of the condo, it's location, and the pool which is never over crowded. The huge balcony was a great place for the whole family to view the fireworks that are set off every Saturday in the summer. We also took advantage of the grills to have dinner by the ocean. I've never personally seen the owners, but they have a great system in place that makes it completely unnecessary. Looking forward to next year!

Minnesota Nice avoids Ice

We spent January and February, 2015, at this pretty condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Decorated nicely, not fussy, the condo had everything we needed to cook, dine, and relax, or entertain. The unit slept 12 so our kids and grandchildren joined us for a week. They loved it too and want to make this an annual visit! Outdoor area was great, pools, beachfront, patio with lounge chairs, tables and chairs for get-togethers with other renters. Though the weather was cooler than anticipated, the condo was warm and comfortable, the balcony on two sides was warm in the sun, a great place for afternoon cocktails with friends, or reading, or just watching the traffic go by on the beach. Close to grocery, department stores, anything one needs but forgot to bring. The maintenance staff was working on the buildings alot keeping it nicely painted, etc. The laundry facilities onsite were all new machines. We'd like to rent again next year.

Great family vacation spot

Thank you so much Richard for offering your condo as a vacation rental at such a reasonable price. This condo is nothing fancy but everything you need ! Easily accommodated our party of seven for the week we stayed. Oceanview is breathtaking literally steps away. We were in the ocean everyday. Since it is spring we utilized the heated pool every evening. Both full time residents and other guests were very friendly. We enjoyed juicy cheeseburgers cooked on the community grills on the well maintained property. Thanks again Richard.

Loved it!!

Walked into a nice big condo. The pictures and description doesn't do it justice. We especially loved the nice big balcony. Loved the pool and beach. Took advantage of the common grill area and had dinner overlooking the beach. Nice neighbors as well! We would definitely like to return next year :)

Great ocean front condo

There were 4 of us - my twin sister and our husbands renting this condo. It had a fantastic private balcony which I think was our favorite thing but in addition this condo was very spacious.The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed for eating in. The grounds surrounding this condo were well maintained with a lot of chairs, tables and lounge chairs for socializing. The beach and ocean were just a walk away. Richard is a great guy to work with - our vacation was wonderful from start to finish.

Owner's Response: The large pool Patio area is directly on the Beach. Great to Grill out and pretty much be on the beach all at the same time. Un ubstructed view. Very short walk, as in steps. lol So glad I am able to share my place to such great people
