Gorgeously situated among vineyards and orchards, this single-story home brings the modern farmhouse experience to the beautiful outskirts of Ellijay. On this grassy knoll in the North Georgia countryside, you'll have an expansive piece of property where your kids can run free, covered porches on both sides of the house, and a picnic table and firepit for evenings spent dining and roasting marshmallows beneath star-filled skies.

This rural farmhouse sits less than eight miles south of Ellijay, the charming and historic town home to the Georgia Apple Festival each October. The immediate area is full of opportunities for orchard-hopping, wine tasting, hiking, and fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and tubing on the Cartecay River.

Whereas the setting is classic North Georgia, the cabin itself is bright, airy, and modern. Everything has a wonderful sense of polish about it, from the stainless steel kitchen appliances to the TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. After a day of exploring, come home to light the gas grill for an evening barbecue, gather around the picnic table and firepit at sunset, and move indoors to play board games by the fireplace once the evening air turns cool.

Each of the bedrooms is paired with its own full bathroom, with one offering a Ms. Pac-Man arcade game to entertain the kids. A washer/dryer, central air, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
