This awesome townhome will make your Summit County vacation the most memorable ever! Nestled next to the Blue River in Silverthorne, you will have gorgeous views from both sides of the unit. This property is very tastefully furnished throughout, as well as comfortable, to make you feel right at home. You can sit in your private hot tub on the back patio and watch the river just a few feet away. It feels so secluded, yet is only a few minutes into Silverthorne and Dillon for restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the supermarket. This lovely property has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is on two levels with the living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 car garage, a half bath, and laundry room on the entry level. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a shower and separate jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed in each with a full bathroom between these adjoining bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (3 singles and 1 double. No adults in upper bunks; limit 100 lbs.). Numerous TVs in the townhome including a large, flat screen in the living room and a DVD player is provided.This townhome is approximately 10-20 minutes by car to the 4 Summit ski areas: Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and A-Basin. You can also catch the FREE Summit Stage bus at the nearby Silverthorne Elementary School to any of these ski areas and any of the nearby towns in the county. Vail and Beaver Creek are a short 35 minute drive down I-70.

FEES:Cleaning fee: $210Damage protection: $39RESTRICTIONS:The minimum age limit to rent is 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. This is a nonsmoking residence: Absolutely no smoking is allowed at this property and there will be a minimum charge of $250 against the renter’s credit card for remediation if there is any evidence of smoking in the house. We love pets, but due to homeowner association deed restrictions, pets are not allowed by renters nor their guests. The layout of the home makes it difficult for those with mobility impairments.

The full capacity assumes 2 people in the master bedroom, 2 in each of the secondary bedrooms, and 4 in the bunk room. There is a 100 lb. limit on upper bunks, which are intended for children only. For groups without children, a sleeping capacity of 8 is more appropriate.

The managers, Twin Seasons, were a pleasure to work with-- they were very well-organized, provided prompt answers to all our questions and addressed our concerns immediately. The condo's downstairs living areas, with high ceilings, abundant light, and river views were very pleasant. We did not do much cooking so the kitchen equipment met our needs. If we had planned more elaborate or holiday meals, I suspect we would have wished for more equipment. The master suite upstairs was spacious and pleasant. The other three bedrooms were fine (two had mountain views). Their bathrooms were small but adequate. Supplies such as Kleenex, assorted soaps, bath linens, etc., etc. awaited our arrival and were plentiful enough to meet our needs. The condo complex is attractively landscaped and far enough from Silverthorne's commercial areas for peace and quiet. Our grandchildren enjoyed being able to walk (with adults) to two play areas and the North Pond Park. We all liked the proximity to the rushing Blue River-- both its sound and beauty. Occasional walkers on the pathway were far enough from the condo not to intrude. We recommend this property.

Very nice property in a great location

Great communal space - living room, dining area and kitchen. Furniture and art work are above average for a rental and definitely enhanced the visit. The location is a perfect balance of out in the country, yet close to town. The linens are very tired, tho, and need to be replaced.

Spring is upon us now and it won’t be long before the gorgeous Summit County summer arrives – at which point this home is just about the best place to BBQ on the back porch and watch fly fishermen just beyond the backyard do their best to coax wily rainbow trout onto a hook. Or maybe join them.

Excellent Family Vacation Rental

The Clark Family Ski Trip could not have picked a better location! The Allegra Lane property satisfied all of our needs in terms of location and the comforts of the accommodation! The hot tub was great and the close proximity of the community center added convenience. Hope to return some time in the near future!

Most Enjoyable!

Fantastic!!!
